The Creekside is the bright, easygoing home in the Blue Morning collection — a mid-century modern A-frame set between two mountain creeks, with a social layout, playful details, and an easy rhythm for High Country trips.

Inside, the home feels open and light, with a comfortable great room, warm modern design, a hanging woodburning fireplace, a shuffleboard table, and space for family meals, games, movies, and slow mornings.

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two king sleeping spaces and an upstairs four-twin room that works especially well for kids, cousins, or friends traveling together. Shared spaces include a full kitchen, dining area, smart TVs, YouTube TV, high-speed WiFi, laundry, linens, towels, and family-friendly essentials.

Outside, the in-deck hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining area, gas grill, and creekside setting make it easy to settle in after a day exploring Boone, Valle Crucis, skiing, hiking, or the rest of the High Country.

The Creekside is dog-friendly and includes a Level 2 EV charger. It is part of Blue Morning, a small collection of modern mountain homes close enough for shared trips while still giving each home its own space.

This is such a beautiful property and a great location. The check-in and check out were smooth and management was very quick to respond with any questions. I would highly recommend this property which would be beautiful in the fall with the changing of the leaves.

WONDERFUL STAY IN A BEAUTIFUL CABIN

We had a lovely vacation in the high country because of the beautiful, relaxing, well-appointed A-frame that we called home for nights. It was perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. Also, it was close to Boone, Blowing Rock and a myriad of hiking trails and waterfalls to explore. We had the best time!

Excellent Second Visit

After staying in the larger double A-frame (209), we booked a second visit with just immediate family. This home was excellent as well. It is well-stocked and thoughtfully laid out. Communication by the hosts/property manager was great. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful

We have been to many rental properties over the years and this is one of our top 5. The house was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the hot tub. The area was beautiful and very close to anything we needed. Can't wait to come visit again.

Amazing place!!!

We LOVED our stay! The house was just so cool and beautifully furnished. The location was great and very private. We had ample space for everyone and used the hot tub everyday after our hikes. The bathrooms were so pretty - all the finishes just so nice. We loved having access to a washer/dryer too. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

We had such a lovely stay in your beautiful home! It was the perfect getaway, and we'll most definitely be back! We were all sad to leave, especially the kids. They LOVED staying in the kids' room with all the thoughtful touches. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful property so much. Brian was so responsive and even checked in with us as soon as we got in just to make sure we were finding everything and settling in well. We will 100% be back!

Heartwarming Mountain Charm

This home truly lived up to all of its expectations. From clear and easy communication with frequent check in's to the most gorgeous property we could not have asked for a better weekend stay! The home was beautifully appointment with extremely comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you could need, and the sweetest bedroom/play space for the young ones in our group. We loved how close Boone and Valle Crucis were. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful Place

This is was our first stay with A-frames and Everything After at 116 Blue Morning Rd. and we absolutely loved the unique home with its interior and exterior design. We were greeted with a welcome gift of some handpicked local products, and the house offered a broad inventory, and great comfort. We explored several attractions and restaurants, which were not only recommended by the cabin owners, but also provided us with beautiful excursions, and delicious food. We will definitely come again.

Wonderfully relaxing

We had a wonderful experience staying at 116. The cabin was clean, simple and well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub during the cold evenings. The snow covered mountains were beautiful and we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. This cabin is lower on the mountain but we were able to take a nice walk up to the top and look at the quiet neighborhood and other mountain tops. This was a good location to get to Boone, NC easily as well as check out the original Mast General Store. Overall, I have zero complaints and would definitely go back! Thanks Brian and Jenifer!

Wonderful spot in the mountains!

We had a great week in the mountains with our adult children, our two toddler grands and our dog. The location was close in but quite private. Boone is nearby so groceries and parks were handy and not far from Tweetsie for the grandchildren. The A-frame was very well appointed with all the necessary kitchen supplies, a pack-n-play and highchair, and some toys (the magnatiles were a godsend!) The beds were comfortable, check-in and out was easy and the space was great for the family to gather. Plenty of room in the common spaces, but the bedrooms felt very private. Oh, and the reading loft was a big hit with our 4 year old.

Perfectly modern but cozy!

We had a blast hanging out in the area - river tubing, so many varieties of hikes nearby, excellent options for eating out… And then we got to come back to enjoy these gorgeous modern cabins with all the amenities! The layout of the one we stayed in was perfect for two families, and the kids loved the shuffleboard table and board games. Soaking in the hot tub under the stars was *chef’s kiss* after a full day of hiking. And because we like to cook - the knives were sharp and there were plenty of stainless and nonstick pans in excellent shape, hooray! Great instructions given for navigating the house and the area, and hosts responsive to questions. We will be back!

We found the A-frame clean, organized and not full of clutter. The beds were comfy and the sheets and comforters were clean and comfy. The showers were large. We enjoyed the hot tub. I saw a couple of complaints about the hot tub not being clean. It is hard to keep perfectly clean because it is surrounded by trees. I would definitely stay here again.

We are a family who fell in love with the High Country after moving to North Carolina. Blue Morning grew from the idea of creating modern mountain homes for our own family, where we could gather, slow down, explore the woods, and feel close to Boone, Valle Crucis, and the best parts of the mountains. We designed the A-frames from the ground up and hope they feel as memorable to stay in as they were to create.
