The House at Kismet Farm is a beautiful, original farmhouse that has been completely renovated to create a modern, stylish and spacious getaway in the peaceful setting of the Hudson Valley. The house is situated on Kismet Farm, a 60 acre apple orchard with barn and pond making it perfect for families and groups of friends to take a short or long break from the bustle of life. The house sleeps up to 14 and has 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms and 2 living rooms.
The space
The House at Kismet Farm consists of 2 floors. The first floor has a spacious living room with TV and wood burning fireplace combined with a full kitchen, there is also a washer and dryer that guests can use. There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, a king (sleeps 2), a queen (sleeps 2) and a bedroom with 2 full size beds (sleeps 2+2). There are 2 bathrooms both with showers.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms, the first has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and the second has 2 full size beds (sleeps 2+2). There is also a second living room with TV combined with a full kitchen on the second floor.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full 60 acres of Kismet Farm consisting of large apple orchards and a beautiful pond.
Other things to note
Feel free to wander through the apple orchards, visit the pond and build a fire in the property's fire pit. Enjoy!
