It is an immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath Luxury Cottage with breathtaking westerly sunset views each evening, and the sparkling lights of St. Thomas at night.
The views overlook the famous Pilsbury Sound and feature sailing vessels, Mega Yachts, tall ships, and boats as they navigate some of the finest boating waters in the world!
Additionally, you can see/view 21 separate islands in the 180 degrees plus, view.
The cottage is located in the Estate Contant Heights neighborhood, 1 minute from the Market Place, which has the Starfish Market, Chelsea Pharmacy, Sam & Jacks Deli, Shabu's Natural food take out, a Latte Coffee/Smoothie shop, and ample parking, 2 minutes from Cruz Bay town & restaurants, and 4 minutes to the North Shore beaches.
The "Sweet St. John 2" has just finished a total renovation, including new paint inside and out, new S/S appliances, furniture, and bedding.

Patty and I sailed out of Seabrook Texas in 1977, for an island adventure aboard a 35-foot sailing vessel, "Dragon Lady", that took us through the Bahamas, Virgin Islands, and the majority of the Lesser Antilles. We spent 2 1/2 years living aboard, eating from the sea, and traveling. We never had more than a couple hundred dollars in our pockets. Any time we needed to reprovision, we'd pull into a marina, as I'm a marine mechanic, and after a couple days of helping others with their problems, we would head back to sea with full cupboards and a couple hundred dollars in our pocket.  In 1979 we were anchored off Colon, Panama, contemplating going through the canal and circumnavigate the globe.  We had 2 crew members that were home sick and tired of the nomadic life. So, we decided to go back to Seabrook, to âget a hair cut and a real job!â After 14 days at sea, we arrived back to Seabrook, our two crew members immediately split, and in less than a week, Patty and I looked at each other and said, âThis is not working for me, letâs go back to the islands. So, we came back to St. Thomas, and provided day sails for the Cruise Ship industry. We were different from the other vessels and crews, as we were real sailors who lived aboard and traveled. Caneel Bay heard about us, contacted us, and asked if weâd be interested in coming over for an interview to provide day sail service for their guests. And the rest is history. After working for them for a while, we started our own business, Cruz Bay Watersports Co. in 1982. After 31 years of providing nonstop service for the community and hotels, we sold as the largest watersports company in the USVI. During those years we built three homes and that is what weâre renting out presently. We love the hospitality industry!
