During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.

The location in proximity to the ski lifts is excellent, you are closer to the lifts than the parking lot. The private parking is conveniently directly below the condo. Highly recommend this property.

The host was so helpful and responsive. The condo had everything we needed. The unit is very conveniently located for ski school, ski rental, ice skating, and the hot tub!

The location was excellent and the host was quick to respond.Building access was difficult. The property was not spacious, the living room only has seating for 3 people. The hot tub and pool are in poor condition. The pool required quite a walk outside and into another building. The hot tub pump closest the unit was so loud it was difficult to have a conversation.The carpet is badly stained and pulling up from the floor in the loft area. Worst was the lack of any property personnel on site. We were offered an additional night as our unit was available—we could not stay longer due to work and school. However a late checkout would have allowed us a place to change our ski clothes prior to leaving for the airport. The unit was vacant but for some reason we could not get a late check out.I have stayed at ski in/ski out condos in Breck, Keystone, Beaver Creek and Vail. This condo does not have the space or customer service that any of those stays did and was in much need of an update.

Regarding late checkout, when we extend a stay we are typically required to block the following night to protect our cleaning and operational schedule. We did offer the option to add an additional night since the home was available, but we understand you were unable to stay due to work and school commitments. While we always try to accommodate requests, we have to apply our checkout policies consistently across all reservations. For building access, we provide a detailed digital guidebook prior to arrival that includes written instructions along with an aerial photo marked to clearly show parking, entrances, and the exact path to the home. We are sorry to hear access felt difficult and would have gladly assisted had we known during your stay. As this is a privately managed vacation rental and not a full service hotel, there is not onsite staff stationed at the building. However, our local team is always available and responsive throughout each guest’s stay, which you kindly noted in your review. The home is professionally photographed and presented accurately in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. We were not made aware of the concerns you mentioned while you were in residence, and this is the first time we are hearing of them. We are always happy to address issues in real time when given the opportunity. We appreciate you staying with us and truly hope you still had an enjoyable ski trip overall.

Top location, so well equipped!

This was my first time booking a ski in/ski out condo and I’m so glad we did. Everything was so efficient, from the initial booking process, to the check in, and check out. The condo is steps from the ski shop where we rented as well as the lift. So close! We were able to Instacart groceries to the condo, and the bus stop to town is literally right in front of the building and free. We never had to wait for the bus - so convenient. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed and more - extra blankets, pillows, hand lotion at every sink, plenty of towels, and a really helpful website to answer every question that popped up during our visit (how to use the thermostat, where to catch the bus, etc). Highly recommend!
