Des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, une vue imprenable et une ambiance chaleureuse vous accueillent Ă  la porte de cette maison magnifiquement situĂ©e sur un ruisseau de montagne prĂšs de Brighton Village. La construction est centrĂ©e autour de grandes poutres en bois magnifiques et l'artisanat de qualitĂ© est Ă©vident dans toute cette maison. Les armoires et l'Ă©clairage faits sur mesure s'associent pour en faire un endroit spĂ©cial. La grande salle dispose d'une immense cheminĂ©e en pierre, d'un mur de fenĂȘtre laissant entrer la lumiĂšre du soleil et il y a des vues ininterrompues Ă  prendre. Il y a 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, une salle familiale, une salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision en bas avec poĂȘle Ă  bois et une cuisine spacieuse. Parking pour 2-3 voitures. Everything was perfect! Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen was incredible: stocked with basic pantry supplies. We took the basics as well, used what was open and left our new unopened pantry items (unable to fly home with groceries). Host was great, checking to see if we needed anything, after check in. Heated flooring made the atmosphere very cozy and easy to adjust temps. Living room fireplace was awesome and too easy! We could go on and on with every detail. Everything was perfect!

We love the location, which is walkable to Brighton and the Nordic Center, and a short drive to Solitude. It's a beautiful home, comfortable and well appointed overall. The fireplace works great and warms up the house quickly. The Cottonwood Lodging staff was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Awesome Stay!

This place had plenty of room for all 7 of us and is located right in between both Solitude and Brighton Mountains. The location was great and the skiing was even better.

Beautiful Brighton home

This home has it all. Conveniently located between Brighton and Solitude resorts, beautiful views out the back, plenty of room and amenities inside, and the property manager couldn't have been more helpful as we had trouble finding the property in the dark and understanding which keypad we should have used to enter the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing propery with amazing management

This property is incredible. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and it has a great location. The management company is the most professional and accommodating company I have ever dealt with. If only other rental companies were at this level. 10/10 all the way around!

The house has everything you need and sits in a very quiet area, even though it's on the main road. The place was very clean and the property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend. You can also walk to the Brighton store and the Nordic center.

Completely Peaceful

Rivamonte is heaven on earth. It is so peaceful and the view out the back of the house is amazing. The sound of the running river is so soothing and refreshing. The house is well decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. There are more than enough towels in the bathroom and there were large bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash. We did not want for anything and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Big Cottonwood Canyon Cabin by the Creek

This property was one of the most amazing rental properties our family has rented. The cabin is adjacent to the creek and the sound of the water flowing down the rocks can be heard from the bedrooms while you sleep. During our stay a moose and her two babies spent an afternoon grazing by the cabin. The place was immaculate and well stocked (kitchenware, puzzles/games, etc.). There were plenty of towels. It’s within walking distance of Silver Lake.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Well stocked kitchen and lots of extra linens. The online listing stated 3 king beds and 1 queen; in reality, one of these 3 king beds had been replaced by two twin beds. Additionally, we were told only 3 small cars could fit in the driveway; however, it is possible to fit more. Overall very happy with the experience though.

Also, a great location to skiing. However, it wasn't very clean. Some of the dishes and pots needed washing before we used them. Some bedding was clearly used before we arrived. The dryer was filled with towels and bedding the we had to fold and put away. I also had remove about a foot on snow from the driveway upon our arrival. Overall, it was very nice and we would stay again.

Short Stay

Beautiful location and home - had some issues right off the bat with the house having a propane leak and us needing to be moved. The hosting company and Carol were great and got everything fixed, then the hot water went out in the house. Bumpy stay and we were supposed to receive a refund towards our stay but never did. Hot water came on later in the evening. The summer months are awesome there - the porch needs updated outdoor furniture too. Chairs are flimsy and some of them broke. We dusted everything off and got it all ready to use - it would have been nice to have that ready when we arrived. Overall everything worked out and they allowed us to stay for a late check out which we were grateful for.
