Level One: Living Area and Dining area with seating for six featuring ocean views and hardwood floors leading out to the deck. Bright and airy kitchen with lots of counter space and bar seating for two! Hallway half bath. Oceanfront master bedroom with a King bed, television and a private bath. This master also has access to the oceanfront deck!

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and also features deck access! Bedroom #3 has a queen bed deck access. Also on this level is a Den with television and sitting area with a Queen sleeper sofa. Shared full hallway bath. High Speed Wireless Internet Access

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
