We are located just 4 miles to the Village of Lake George and 25 minutes to historic Saratoga Springs. Enjoy the fire table on the upper deck sitting on your Adirondack chair in the middle of the Adirondacks! Relax on a float, kayak or paddleboard on the lake. Amazing views from most every room in the house. There are 2 floors~ both featuring kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, fireplaces and smart TV's. There is plenty of space to bring family and friends. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths will greet you on the main level along with a fully equipped kitchen including a high chair if needed, dining room, and living room with fireplace. There are several sliding doors to take you out to the deck. Enjoy the expansive upper deck complete with a gas grill, propane fire table, Adirondack chairs and loungers. Not to mention the amazing view. Each bedroom is complete with comfy mattresses, and fine linens. In each bathroom you will find towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. We also have a pack and play with sheets for the little one if needed. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom both have smart TV's. The lower space boasts its own kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, dish washer and microwave. There is a 4 seat bar with built ins and an exit door to an extensive patio complete with gas grill, hammock, and dining table. There is a full laundry area on the lower level as well as a working space with pull out sofa. There is a 6 seat high top table for casual dining where you can enjoy the fireplace and or televisions. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite show. There is a bedroom beyond the sliding barn doors complete with a king sized bed, closet and under stair nook!
Exit from the living or kitchen area to a full patio to relax on the hammock or walk on down a few steps to the private beach complete with Adirondack chairs, and a dock to fish or swim from. There is also a wood fire pit for your enjoyment.

The immediate area offers tubing and floating down the Hudson River, rodeo's, restaurants, hiking, biking and so much more. Check out Tubby Tubes with its location walking distance from
