Belle, joliment meublée, climatisation centrale, maison privée sur 44 acres avec vue sur le lac George et les montagnes lointaines du Vermont.
Immense cuisine très bien équipée. Grand téléviseur à écran plat de 50 "dans le salon à l'étage et 40" dans la salle familiale au rez-de-chaussée, plus un téléviseur à écran plat dans la chambre principale. 2 lits Queen en maître, 2 lits jumeaux dans chacune des 4 autres chambres plus 1 lit double dans la salle familiale pour débordement. Portes sur tous les escaliers pour protéger les enfants. 2 lits bébé et 2 lits enfant plus 3 pack-n-jeux et 2 chaises hautes.

Profitez du barbecue sur le pont pendant que les enfants jouent à des jeux, au basket-ball et au football sur la pelouse. S'il pleut, il y a du ping-pong et une piscine à l'intérieur ... et toujours un coin tranquille pour lire ...

Un foyer dans l'arrière-cour est un excellent lieu de rassemblement pour faire griller des guimauves le soir .... la véritable expérience de la montagne avec tout le plaisir et la beauté que le lac George a à offrir.

Sentier de randonnée facile jusqu'au sommet de la montagne.

Le lac George propose de nombreuses activités. Il y a des locations de bateaux ou de jet ski et du parachute ascensionnel à la marina de Chic ou louez un canoë ou un kayak de Lake George Kayak en ville. Vous pouvez monter sur le bateau à vapeur Mohican depuis le quai de la ville et visiter le lac. Ou prenez d'autres bateaux à vapeur de Lake George Village à 9 miles au sud à la fin du lac.

Great Escape est à 20 minutes au sud et Adirondack Extreme, un parcours de corde dans les arbres, n'est qu'à quelques minutes sur la route.

Annual family weekend

Amazing family weekend in the most Perfect house. Large functional kitchen, big dining room tables so we could all share meals, well equipped games/toys for toddler, plenty of playpens/high chairs for baby. Wonderful location and easy ride to Bolton landing. Clean and welcoming. Most stunning views of thick plush forest and lake. Most definitely saving this home for future trips!!

4th of July family vacation

Very large home, accommodating. Some of the mattresses need replacement. Only one TV working in family room. Living room TV not working. Beautiful view from home. Could have supplied some towels. One of my family ran into draining ditch at bottom of road, damaging car. Cones not visible going down road from house, only going up road, should be some kind of guard rail or some thing better on right side of ditch. Could at least add a hot tub outside. With having to strip beds, clean, move garbage to garage , a check out time of 10am was not enough time, unreasonable, 12 noon at least for check out time.

Family get together

This home is so beautiful and it was the right place for our family getaway. Very clean and you feel at home as soon as you walked in the door. Kitchen was large and stocked with everything you would need and more. Lots of games and the pool table,ping pong table and foosball, was Soo fun. The owner Joyce was very good at communicating when we had any questions. We made some wonderful family memories. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and location

Great for summer, early fall visits, very close to lake George and grocery etc. The first floor could get cold in the winter as it did in fall (relative to the second floor). Having the private trail on the property is great for early mornings and the fire place in the backyard for evenings. The ping pong table and snooker were great especially on a rainy day. Would recommend to groups up to 15 people. The host was very prompt with our inquiries and offered to come by if needed to help out, good experience overall!

This property is fantastic. It is all that the description says it is and more. We loved sitting on the deck looking out onto the beautiful property and the lake and mountains beyond. I have rented many houses and this house has one of the larger and well organized kitchens that I've seen. I was there with my grandkids

Everything was great - enough beds for everyone, multiple bathroom, plenty of blankets, kitchenware, etc. The fire pit was our favorite - spent hours out there - lots of s’mores and laughs!

Perfect home away from home!

If you are looking for a home away from home…this is it! No need to keep looking. The owner Joyce has thought of everything!!! The house was perfect! It was so clean and had plenty of room for our large family of 12. The house is beautiful!! The fire pit was the perfect spot for drinks, stories and s’mores. We thought the microwave was broke because it wouldn’t pop popcorn and she was there within a few hours to replace the microwave. Well…it was not broken. It was user error lol. She was so easy going and said there’s no problem with having a back up. How’s that for customer service? Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this home and the owner Joyce! We can’t wait to come back and make more memories! Thank you Joyce!

Great property!

My wife and I made a last minute decision to attend a wedding reception in Bolton, and found this great house! There is a ton of room and things to keep your family entertained, but it’s close enough to town and great hiking trails that it’s easy to spend the whole day out and about. We plan to come back with family and fully utilize the property!

Great For Families of All Ages

We were a group of 14 and were there to celebrate my wife's 75th birthday. Our group included adults, teens and little ones. And as others have mentioned, this is a big and beautiful house that includes plenty of room as well as toys, games and activities for all. There are also 2 kid friendly beaches and some excellent restaurants just 5 or 6 minutes away. We especially liked the family room where the teens had a place of their own for relaxing and playing video games on the 40 inch TV with their Xbox connected. And we couldn't have asked for a better host. We had a few questions before and during our stay and we always received friendly, helpful and prompt replies. Thank you Joyce! We all had a great time and always felt at home in your wonderful house.

Great House!

Property was clean and in great shape. Plenty of room for the 3 families that stayed there. Really nice game room in the garage and a great fireplace upstairs. As a bonus you will see plenty of the owner’s (Joyce) paintings throughout the house! I would rent again.

Great mountain home

Joyce(owner) was excellent. She was there if we needed her. The house is amazing, clean, spacious enough for 14 adults and room to spare. The house had everything we needed. Bring your own bath and beach towels. They are not supplied. The grounds are great too. Hike in the woods are marked and the fire pit was awesome. Thank you for a great experience. We’ll be back.

A Terrific Family Vacation In Lake George

The entire family enjoyed this beautiful, setting and amenities that went along with the home! Either playing ping pong or kicking the soccer ball in the yard, everyone had a grand time. The hostess was outstanding and responded to any of our questions immediately. The home was well cared for and included everything you would need for meal preparation, etc. Very neat, clean and well furnished! Definitely a "Do Over!" E.B.

Anywhere you go on the property there’s enough seating for everyone. 10 minutes from the town of Bolton and the water. I would love to book this location again.

THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME STAYING ON JOYCE'S PROPERTY . AND IT WAS ANOTHER AMAZING STAY . THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 11 . SO CLEAN AND VERY WELL STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU CAN POSSIBLY NEED OR WANT . CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCESS SO EASY . Located above the town of Bolton Landing on 44 acres , very private. You can't see any other houses from this house. Truly in the mountains, yet very convenient to town and the lake activities. The huge stone fireplace contributes to the Adirondack experience. I've traveled to this area since I was a child.

Because it has 3300 sq. ft and 2 stories the adults can be upstairs while the children play downstairs or outside... and there's plenty of things for them to do, badmitten, volleyball, basketball, soccer, ping pong , pool table or any other games in the back or front yard.
