We had a great stay and really enjoyed the location and the beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain. The kids loved the video games and air hockey table, which made the house especially fun for them. The host was excellent, very accessible, responsive, and stayed in communication throughout our visit. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

Higher Elevation is a little slice of paradise! Amazing views of Grandfather Mountain, and a great porch for watching the fog roll in and out. Jeremy is super responsive and checked on us a few times to make sure we had what we needed. Ample space- even with 4 teen boys! They loved the game area and bunk space downstairs was perfect for them. Kitchen really has all you need. Great location with Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock within 15-20 minutes. We were there for 2 weeks and really didn't want to leave!

Cabin was great! Excellent location to Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk. Property was clean, great separation of space between the floors. Game loft was fun for the kids. Hot tub was a great touch as well.

We absolutely loved our stay! The communication with the property manager was great, the cabin was so clean and conveniently located right in between Boone & Banner Elk. The views were stunning! The hot tub and game room were a wonderful touch. We hope to be back!

This stay was a perfect place for two families and kids. The game room entertained the children, the views were great, and the property manager was extremely friendly and responsive with needs. Would stay again!

Jeremy was amazing and very responsive during our stay! Property was great and we had a wonderful time. Kitchen was well stocked and even provided complimentary coffee and creamer. Very comfortable stay.

We had an excellent stay. The house, porches and hot tub were very clean. As previous reviews have mentioned, the host - Jeremy - was prompt with information about the stay and readily available for questions. The location was great in that it is approximately half way between Boone and Banner Elk with a winery located just down the hill. A great choice if you plan on visiting the area.

We had a great experience here! We’ve stayed at many places in the area, and this one definitely checks off all my boxes for being top notch in terms of comfort, location, views, cleanliness, entertainment and excellent host communication. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! :)

Great stay , highly recommend.

Jeremy was wonderful in his communications in our short week away to enjoy autumn at higher elevation. The view was wonderful, the location was convenient to several nearby towns and attractions. The hot tub and amenities in this cabin were excellent. Look forward to a return trip.

We love how convenient it is and how centrally located it is to get to everything. Our community is a hidden gem that gives us privacy for morning and afternoon walks in quiet surroundings. The view of Grandfather Mountain from the top or bottom covered deck is absolutely breathtaking. The rocking chairs are where we spend most of our time unless we're inside watching movies on the 75" SMART TV. Let's not forget the game room where the boys are always having a healthy competition in air hockey.
