Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation with the family with your own private POOL! This home is fully renovated including a fully renovated POOL! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood so your family can relax but still only minutes from BEACH! This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, living room, dining room, fully remodeled kitchen, laundry room and BRAND NEW POOL!

Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.

We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat settings to kill any bacteria or viruses.
You can rest easy knowing that our home is a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones. Let us take care of the cleaning so you can focus on enjoying your stay.

• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
