GRAND Lakeside View & Close to Beach Access
Our home is large enough to host your entire family and has everything you need to make your vacation memorable! Situated in the Lakeside neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach just 3 blocks from the beach, restaurants, and most importantly, a block from 30A. Enjoy shopping, riding bikes, dining, and fishing in our town. There is a community pool directly across the street.
Features and amenities
âą Our house is large and spacious, it overlooks the beginning of what becomes Big Redfish Lake.
âą There is a bike shop a block away toward the beach, where there is also a bakery with the most amazing homemade cinnamon rolls.
âą Our guests get to experience both easy beach access as well as some bayou life and park trails located next to our neighborhood.
âą Located in the Lakeside subdivision. A great family-friendly neighborhood.

âą Please note there is a limit of 4 cars at the house and this is enforced by the HOA. All vehicles should be parked in the driveway or on the parking pad in front.
âą No trailers or RVs are allowed unless they can fit in the garage, garage is standard size garage.
Things to know
âą We provide a starter set of essentials for guests, trash bags, toilet, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher soap.
âą Some pitfalls of our area include bear activity in the late summer and the many critters that come along with being close to the beach and bayou. So be aware that we are always working to coexist in their habitat and keep harmony but in certain seasons of the year, some wildlife populations may be around depending on the season (including scorpions, rattlesnakes, and water bugs). This changes throughout the year.
âą Guests get full access to our home and our neighborhood amenities including the HOA pool. We do have one door that is locked for an owner's closet.
âą Various Golf Cart vendors can be contacted ahead of time to schedule rentals and drop off and pickup.

âą You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
âą Our community-specific regulations include no more than 4 vehicles that can be parked at the property (including golf carts), however, 2 golf carts can fit in the garage, this could make for a total of 5 but they must be inside at any time.
âą Trash pickup days are listed in the check-in instructions and we ask guests to bring to the curb the morning the trash trucks come and bring back in on the same day.
âą Lastly to keep our neighborhood looking amazing towels should be hung on the towel rack or the back porch but not on the front railing.

âą There are a few options to get around, we mostly enjoy walking but, guests drive or bike as well. Some bikes and attachments come with the house.
âą Grayton Beach State Park: Grayton Beach State Park is known for its beautiful white sand beaches, pristine dunes, and coastal dune lakes. Visitors can enjoy activities such as swimming, picnicking, hiking, and birdwatching.
âą Seaside, Florida: Seaside is a charming coastal town known for its unique architecture, shopping boutiques, and dining options. It's a great place to stroll around, explore art galleries, and enjoy the scenic surroundings.
