3. Pool Heating Fee: Guests may opt to heat the pool during their stay for an additional fee of $20.00 per day.

Great property and location

I had a work event and this home was in a perfect location. Close to the airport and convention center and close to everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and even played in the game room a couple of evenings. Andre was extremely communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Not what we imagined

The property is not in a desirable location; we felt unsafe. It is VERY closely surrounded by three homes and one is totally dilapidated and scary! We could not let children play in the (limited) yard alone for safety concerns. Also, because of this, the home has multiple exterior security cameras and the owners seemed to have watched us pretty often in the limited time we stayed (we got two emails in 24 hours). The basketball room window has been shot with a bb gun(?). The beach - while perhaps close in mileage - is at least a 40 minute drive due to the congested area and traffic. We left after one night. This place might be nice for spring breakers, but NOT for a young family or those desiring a safer, convenient location. I wish someone had left a review like this so we could have made an informed decision.

Fun Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time in this private getaway. The property was just as it was listed. It was in a quiet neighborhood, the pool was great with sunshine all day and the games kept the kids and adults busy having fun. It was a nice timeout for all of us.

We loved our 3-day Fort Lauderdale stay! The house was very clean and perfect for my family, with a very nice pool that my kids enjoyed immensely. They had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it! The host was extremely friendly and very accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful spot!

Andre was an incredible host! Attentive, kind and had thought of everything. The house is incredible. So clean and had everything we needed. The game room was so fun and had such a variety of activities. The pool was great for floating in on a hot day and the backyard is great to soak in some sun or reads book. The neighborhood was quiet and calm and located close to everywhere we wanted to go. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you, Andre!

Absolutely loved staying at this property! Andre, the property manager was very attentive during our stay. The place was impeccable and very well maintained. Very spacious and quiet neighborhood. My kids loved the game room. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Weekend in Ft Lauderdale

Andre and his team were absolutely amazing - we had a couple hiccups with the HVAC system, but Andre was there at all times of the day & helped us troubleshoot to keep the house comfortable for our young kiddos! And the house, oh my goodness is it a dream house for elementary aged boys. We'd leave during the day to visit beaches and get a bite to eat, loads of fun - and then return to the house with a basketball court, video games, and a pool! The fun never stopped :) Andre was absolutely incredible. The house was incredible. We would absolutely recommend and we'd absolutely stay again!

Mini vacation

This house was a perfect fit for family and friends. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Your local market is nearby. I really wanted to enjoy the lovely pool but it was cold outside and the pool wasn’t heated pool . The only thing that was very annoying is the driveway parking. Driveway fits up to 5 cars but we had too keep calling each other’s to remove cars .

Family getaway

My family had a great time! The property manager was very good at communicating with us even though we had some issues messaging through the app, he made sure we had everything we needed and knew how everything worked. The house was very clean and cozy. The game room and indoor basketball court was a big hit with everyone. I would highly recommend this place, its not far from the beach and if the weather isn't good there's plenty to do inside.
