Discover an idyllic retreat tucked away on 38 acres in Michigan's upper peninsula. Accessed via Irish Line Road linking M-28 to M-221 in Brimley, MI, this secluded lodge offers tranquility and convenience.
The lodge is a haven for snowmobilers and ORV enthusiasts, as the popular public snowmobile trail (Trail #8 / Soo-Raco) and ORV trail (C Route) intersect the property, providing direct access. Bring your gear and hit the trails immediately upon arrival for an exhilarating adventure!
At our short-term lodge, the parking lot and driveway are gravel, offering ample space for up to 20 vehicles without any hassle. Guests bringing trailers can navigate and park as they prefer potentially reducing the total space available. We ask that parking is only in the provided space, no street parking is allowed.
During the winter, the lodge encounters substantial and sometimes unexpected snowfall. Timely snowplowing services are provided, although guests may need to periodically shovel to ensure safety and effectiveness. Shovels, sand, and salt are readily available on the property for guests' convenience. While we strive to have the lot cleared before guests' arrival, weather conditions may occasionally impact feasibility.
Additional parking for the snowmobile and ORV trail access may be provided to other guests that are not staying at the lodge (day parking). The parking location will be separate to the lodge parking and will only share the common driveway. This parking is not established as of 11/20/23, however, may become active in the 2024 calendar year. Clear parking signage and expectations will be made public when launched.
- No pets are allowed within the lodge and sleep quarters. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee.
- All booking guests will be required to complete the online check-in via the hosts portal prior within 48 hours or prior to arrival. The door access will not be provided if this step is not completed.
