Summary:
Welcome to this warm and cozy unit with a cottage feel! The original hardwood floors and wood work really shine through in the older home. Walk into the spacious living room with a big window, mantle, and plenty of seating to choose from. Navigate to the hallway where you have your pick of two large queen bedrooms! The kitchen is warm and fully stocked with all the essentials. Two blocks from campus and five blocks from downtown, unwind, relax, and enjoy your time in Wyoming. You deserve it!

The Space:
The apartment has two bed rooms, each with a queen bed, one bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a sleeper sofa.
The main room has a nice table to eat at or work at, comfortable couch, TV, and cozy chairs.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake for your mountain adventures or to eat healthy while you are on the road.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need, such as: fridge, microwave, stove, new wall oven, coffee maker, as well as pots, pans and utensils.
For the bathroom we provide you: towels, washcloths, hand soap, shampoo, body soap, toilet paper. You will find extra towels in the bathroom in case you need more. Enjoy the Retro Tiles!!

The apartment is walking distance to the University of Wyoming, downtown, restaurants and bars, and Undine Park to take your dog for a walk.

NO handicap accessible, the apartment has five steps you must climb to get to the door.

I am an outdoor enthusiast and if you need any recommendations of what to do in the area, please do not hesitate to ask!

This apartment is one of two units in a multi-family house. All units are rented out as Short-Term Rentals and all are pet friendly.

Please pick up after your pets, even in the fenced in yard.

Basement and door in the kitchen leading to the basement is off limits.

Lastly, This is Laramie, Wyoming and most houses do not have central AC, with that being said, this house does not have AC

We quite enjoyed our stay! Property is as advertised. Beds were comfy, house was very clean, host was super nice. Kitchen is on the smaller side but is very well organized and functional. We LOVED it! Neighborhood was quite and we felt safe.

Cute property, clean and close to the downtown area which was fun. Just some concerns that some of the doors closed but do not latch, no back door for easy access to the yard for the pets, and no instructions on how to work the TV. It is a cute unit!

Warm and Welcoming

We booked this property in Laramie to attend the December graduation. The house is cute, it is cozy, but was clean and had all that we needed. It was very close to food and the college which was very convenient. The beds were pretty firm, so something to consider if not used to that type of bed. We would book again.

Lovely stay in Laramie

Charming apartment centrally located within short walking distance of UWyo, “Old Town,” Public Library, & Post Office. On our arrival we found the apartment very clean w/wood floors and trim, tastefully decorated, new paint and furniture, & comfortable beds. Alysha, our hostess, provided comprehensive information about the apartment and reached out to us generously to provide support if needed. We stayed a week and would adjust dates of any future trips to Laramie around availability of one of her properties.

Home was very cute but the rugs throughout do not seem clean. The home overall was clean though. We could not find a pair of scissors to use in the kitchen. There were no paper towels in the kitchen or dish cloths or tea towels. There was only the one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and we ran out and didn’t have any stock to replace it with.( Ran out late in the evening so not a great way to start the next day. Beds could use more wintery blankets/comforters as our stay was later in October. The location is amazing as we were able to walk to the house from the stadium.

Overall was a good stay. Host followed up if we needed anything and was accommodating on our arrival time. Dryer wouldn’t work/dry the clothes we washed but washer was easy to use. Kitchen is small but equipped with everything we needed. House has a great vintage feel but floors were very squeaky, I was happy no one was in the basement with how noises the floors were. Location was convenient. Wish there was a door to the back yard but was just a bit more walking around the outside. Overall not a bad place

Very dated with fresh paint

Booking made it seem like i was renting a house. It was actually the Upstairs apartment in a very old house. Front door was open and unlocked when i arrived, which was because the front door lock doesnt function from the outside. No sound proofing between floors with very loud obnoxious tenants in the lower level. This is the only vacation rental I've ever been upset about renting. I decided to stay elsewhere after the first night.
