The Space:
Welcome to the Coral Resort, a boutique hotel just 2 blocks from the sandy Clearwater Beach and situated right on the intracoastal! Our modernized resort features luxury amenities designed to enhance your stay, including a year-round heated pool, a tropical courtyard, on-site laundry, free parking, and free WIFI. Guests can enjoy our private fishing dock, perfect for fishing or watching dolphins swim by.
PLEASE NOTE: The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom are currently under construction. These areas will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until September 30, 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the entire resort and its facilities. A rental agreement must be signed, and a legal ID must be provided along with a verification selfie prior to check-in. This all must be done digitally either through phone or computer.
Our beautifully renovated unit D-5 is perfectly situated to capture natural sunlight during the day while providing peace and quiet at night. Note, D-5 is NOT a direct waterview unit.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, itâs not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we donât offer refunds for this, though weâre happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to every amenity the resort has to offer! This includes access to the heated lagoon pool, a large sunny outdoor dining area, a private fishing dock (and area to dock your jet skis!), onsite laundry, free instant WIFI and a couple gas grills. Our oceanfront condo is also located just down the street (minutes) away from Clearwater beach! Throw on some sandals, grab the beach chairs we provide, and go soak up some sun on the sandy Clearwater beach.
All amenities outside of the unit are managed by the resort. This includes, but is not limited to, the grills, the pool, the sun deck, and the parking lot. We DO NOT guarantee the *availability* or *cleanliness* of any of these amenities. The resort, at their discretion, make close down any amenity at any time and that is not our responsibility. Therefore we do not issue refunds due to an amenity closure or for the state of an amenity, though we'll do our best always to help you out.
LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.
The Neighborhood:
Coral Resort is on Clearwater Beach. The immediate area is restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops! It's a 2 minutes walk to the beach!
Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance!

This page is a private page and was not set up by the resort itself. We're a third party property manager representing a number of units at the resort, but not ALL of the units. Therefore, if you have an issue with the resort, a neighboring unit or another guest, please report it to us. We also have direct communication so we'll make sure you get the fastest help possible!
The Coral Resort is a boutique resort, and so some of their services reflect the smaller operation! Requests outside normal business hours may take some time.
Also, please note these condos are individually owned meaning small aspects of your experience may vary unit to unit including, but not limited to, supplies, design, in-suite amenities, etc. Please be mindful of this.
Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program â youâre covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
