The canceled our reservation after we enter the house and there were a lot of things broken in the house. Pictures need to be updated. They had me talking to two different people. The owner was unaware and that our reservation was canceled, but the property manager said something was wrong with the house.

The location, parking, pool, and availability of said property was great. The overall clearness was poor, lots of damage to the 15 rooms and theater room. AC unit could not keep up with the demand. The manager of the property never gave maintenance (AC repair) to make repairs. Me and my guess were uncomfortable for our last two days.

The house was so welcoming and convenient to all of the locations for our tournament. We loved the spread out accommodations for our team and coaches. Our boys enjoyed the gaming room and the pool. The beds were a wonderful sleep as well as every room having an en suite restroom. We plan on coming back for the tournament next year and hopefully stay in this house again.

The home had plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms for our group, and the host was good at communicating. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, maintenance, and parking were disappointing.The walls and carpets were dirty, and even though we paid extra for early check-in, the house was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The TVs never worked, even after two people came out and said the issue was fixed. Some appliances also did not work. For the amount we paid, we expected a clean, well-maintained home with working amenities.The biggest issue was parking. We were not told until two days before our stay that parking on the street or grass could result in our vehicles being towed. The suggested overflow parking at the clubhouse serves the entire community, and we could not find available spaces. A home this large can accommodate a group traveling in more than three vehicles, so the limited parking is a significant concern.Parking restrictions should be clearly disclosed before booking so guests can decide whether the property will meet their needs. While we appreciated the space and communication, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for the price.We definitely would not rent this home again and would use caution to large groups that would due to the lack of parking.

However, we were not made aware of the other concerns you mentioned. We always strive to address any issues as soon as possible during our guests stay. Also, as mentioned in the check-in information sent weeks prior to your arrival. This home can park around 6-7 cars in the driveway, parking at the resort is managed entirely according to the resort’s own policies. This was my second year in a row staying at the house. The house actually seemed in better condition...not that I had any complaints my first time there. Also, amazing response time to any question I emailed. They were always under 15 mins.

Great for groups!

We stayed here with our team for an offsite and rented 3 homes all next to each other. There was some issues with accessing this property and an alarm system (none of the codes the property manager provided worked) but they were very responsive and we resolved it on that first day. Great spot! Would stay again.

The home was beautifully decorated throughout the home. Host was very responsive and communicated well. The check in/out process was easy. There is limited parking. Only 5 vehicles can park at house. Limited guest parking. Lots of cars get towed for street parking or grass parking. Tow trucks are very aggressive.

House was perfect for our needs. Had 16 guys up for a birthday golf weekend. Lola the house inspector was super helpful even getting us an extra grill that was a huge help for the grilling of our steaks. She should be commended for her customer service skills. Only comment would be that the theatre room probably needed a little better cleaning as we found some trash underneath the lounge chairs.

Good times and great memories

Perfect place to have a golf trip. Better than a play and stay for a larger group because you get to handout with everyone being altogether in the common areas. Rather than being stuck in a room of 4 people only. Bunch of courses near by for the right price.

My family and I enjoyed our stay!! We didn’t even want to leave the house to go shopping or anything. This house has everything for all ages. Our kids loved the game area upstairs and enjoyed their time in the pool. Us adults enjoyed the living room area and movie theater. I highly recommend this place. The host was available at all times for any concerns. Great for huge families like mine. If we think about traveling to FL again, would definitely keep this place in mind. Thank you for letting us stay!!!
