Ground Level: Covered Parking with EV Charging Outlet/Receptacle. Ramp. Outdoor shower.
Level One: Living Room with Smart Samsung TV with access to streaming apps and Samsung Plus Live TV, DVD Player and deck access. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area has a oven and microwave (no dishwasher). Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 have Queen Beds and share a bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed with a bath.
Additional Amenities: Color Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Central Heat & Air, Beach chairs, 2 Charcoal Grills, Washer/Dryer, large screened porch with furniture!
Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
