Welcome to our spacious and charming homes on Maxwell! We own and operate multiple homes in this area, depending on your group size and budget weâll accommodate accordingly. Please inquire and we will make it happen! These AirBnBs are conveniently located next to Park Circle, Tanger Outlets, and the Charleston International Airport. Each home has large living areas and are perfect for large families or groups of friends!

Welcome to Maxwell Street! This conveniently located townhome is just what you need to enjoy your stay in Charleston. This property is just a few minutes from all of the Park Circle restaurants, brand new park, disc golf course, and the airport.
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open living area that's flooded with natural light. The living space wraps around to the dining area that is connected to the fully equipped kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you'll need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.
Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
