Peaceful country location 10 minutes from lake & 30 minutes from casinos. .
Enjoy a peaceful stay in the country on a private ranch. Close to the Hagerman nature preserve, itâs normal to wake to the birds singing and to see various species while here, including the blue heron who loves to enjoy the pond out front. With natures beauty all around, itâs easy to relax and leave the stress of the big city behind you. Love boating or fishing? Lake Texoma is less than 10 minutes away where much fun can be had on the water boating, laying out on one of the many beaches, having a great meal at Pelicans Landing, or fishing for trophy Striper or bass. If you like a more laid back fishing experience, Lake Ray Roberts is only 20 minutes away. There are miles of hiking and horse back trails around both lakes as well for those who love the outdoors. For those who love a little gambling or nightlife, there are three casinos just across the Texas border within a 30 minute drive. Want to enjoy the big city and all it has to offer? You can be in Frisco (a shopping and restaurant Mecca) in less than an hour.
We had some cousins in from out of state so I went down from Oklahoma. The property is quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings.
Comfortable and cozy with plenty of seating.
Cutest little home. Quiet. All the appliances and utensils needed to cook a nice breakfast in the morning. Communication with the property manager was great. Very courteous and responsive but never too much. Could not recommend this little slice of paradise enough. Will definitely be staying here I'm in the area.
This house was very clean and the location was nice and quiet. Suzanne is very responsive and a great host! Just a word of advice, do not run both showers at once. The water pressure will not handle it. No fault at all of the host as they are on well water. Would definitely stay again!
We drove here from Arizona the location was great and close to our daughter. When we went to leave 5/8 the truck would only go 30 mph so we had to go to a dealer and wait three hours for them to tell us that wires had been chewed by mice. So this took time out of the travel day as well as cost three hundred dollars we had not planned for.
