Turn off all exterior lights when you go to bed each night.
Avoid smoking any substances on the premises.
Maintain a clean and orderly exterior around your cottage or accommodations.
Ensure trash and recycling do not pile up; remember that collection day is Thursday.
Park all vehicles, including motorcycles, only in designated parking areas.
Show consideration towards your neighbors.
Do not interfere with any ongoing construction activities on the property and follow all related instructions and warnings.
