I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.

It's our pleasure to share that our charming urban retreat is conveniently located just off Spruill Ave. While it's not a heavily trafficked street, there may be occasional sounds of passing cars. For your comfort, we provide sound machines in both bedrooms!

We want to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests, and if you're a very light sleeper, we want to be upfront that this may not be the best choice for you. Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

No boats, trailers, or box trucks

Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
