​This historic building is operated as a dual Hotel Accommodation & Private Event Venue. To pass significant savings directly to our guests, we split your stay into two distinct components:

​1. Overnight Lodging (Billed & Taxed via Vrbo)
​Includes: Full overnight accommodations for up to 16+ guests across both floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, and standard stay amenities.

​Billing: Nightly lodging rate, cleaning fee, and applicable local/state hotel taxes processed directly through Vrbo’s secure checkout.

​2. Private Venue Rental (Billed Directly via Separate Contract — Tax-Free)

​Includes: Access to host day/evening events for up to 80 guests, use of the private court, law library/billiard room, theatre space, and event setup/breakdown hours.

​Billing: Non-taxable venue fee invoiced directly by management upon booking confirmation (saving you 14% in hotel tax on this portion).

​Requirements: All stays require a signed Supplemental Venue Contract and proof of a $1M Special Event Liability Insurance Policy (naming the estate as Additional Insured) submitted prior to check-in.
