Le Summerlin est une merveilleuse propriĂ©tĂ© - pas une grande hauteur et seulement 30 condos dans le bĂątiment! La piscine est de grande taille, situĂ©e cĂŽtĂ© plage et chauffĂ©e en hiver. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d'un garage et de barbecues. Ce condo est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et trĂšs bien approvisionnĂ©! La chambre principale a un lit king size et elle est FRONT DE PLAGE avec une entrĂ©e sur le balcon face Ă  la plage. Un tĂ©lĂ©viseur LED 40 "et un lecteur DVD dans la chambre principale pour votre divertissement et un lecteur radio / CD Bose. Le salon face Ă  la plage dispose d'un canapĂ© flambant neuf, de nombreux siĂšges confortables et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 47" et d'un lecteur Blu-Ray DVD. joueur. The view is beautiful, there are several good places to eat that are close by, and being able to book several months in advance and making payments is the absolute best part! Loving vacation life on the beach

This unit is very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The shower pressure was awesome in both bathrooms. I hope to be able to go back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. My husband was very happy with our condo. I’m a stickler. I found the lighting in the primary to be a bit dark. I also felt the bed was super hard. Overall, we felt the condo was comfortable. Great balcony and beach service was awesome. We would definitely book again.

Break from the Chaos

Summerlin 502 This property met our expectations based on the description with a great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. All the appliances in the condo work well, making our week stay very comfortable. We had an issue with the master bedroom bed not being clean. There were stains and hairs on the supposable clean bed sheets. This was reported to the management company and the next morning both beds' linen were changed plus I was partially refunded the cleaning fee. So, in other words, stuff happens and the management company addressed the issue and took full responsibility. Would I stay here again? Yes absolutely

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our time here, we had our daughter and her 2 young children and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even received a text after we checked out that housekeeping had found a shopping bag (about 300$) with souvenirs that we had just purchased and carelessly left behind. They had it waiting for us in our next rental ( we changed units when the kids left).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 502 is a clean well kept place. We come down to Fort Walton every year & we would happily stay here again. Probably the best overall that we have stayed in.
