Centre-ville Duval St. Condo 2 chambres 2 1/2 salles de bain, situĂ© au coeur de la vieille ville. À distance de marche de nombreuses attractions principales et Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage. Climatisation centrale, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, lave-vaisselle et wi-fi gratuit.
SituĂ© dans le complexe populaire Duval Square qui comprend des restaurants, un salon de coiffure, une banque et un magasin pratique pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Vous ĂȘtes au cƓur de tout cela, mais en retrait au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, du complexe loin de tout bruit. Asseyez-vous, dĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de la magnifique piscine commune.

Great location, convenient to Duval St. and most important sites, shops and restaurants in Key West. Very clean and well-appointed condo.Somewhat difficult to locate initially, as well as confusing initial access process.

We gave our uber driver the address and were very confused when we were dropped off in front of a Circle K store and not really sure where to go. We followed the pics sent and were still confused on how to get our key. Thankfully a couple came along that lived there and let us in because we had the door code to get into the unit. Thankfully the hosts did reply quickly to explain how to get our key to the outer doors and garage key. The unit was nice, but the master would have been better with a king size bed instead of what seemed like a small queen. Everything in the bedrooms and bathrooms was clean but the downstairs floor (especially in the kitchen) was filthy. After walking around for 2 minutes, the bottom of our feet and socks were black with dirt. The unit is in a great location and very easy to walk everywhere. The pool was really nice and pool area too. We were informed after we got there that there would be garage work all week. So every morning we got to wake to noises of drilling and what sounded like a jackhammer at 8am. The noise was right under our unit, so that was a huge inconvenience.

The location and property were good. The unit faced the square with restaurants. The roosters crowed all through the middle of the night and it was very loud.

Great spot close to the action but removed enough

We were a quick walk or golf cart ride from everywhere we wanted to go in Key West. The condo had all of the necessary amenities, and it was removed from the loud party scene. Booking, accessing and departing were very easy. The relaxing in between was a true delight. Thanks for a great accommodation.

A little challenging at first finding key, but very good directions provided. Roosters were very loud. Sometimes starting as early as 2 or 3:00 am! Master bedroom/bathroom was huge. Second bedroom with attached bathroom is tiny. We would take the free loop bus very close to VRBO to the far end and walk our way back. Lots of breakfast and bakery places very close. Higher end restaurants close. We preferred eating closer to the wharf. Overall would recommend.

Highly Recommend!

This property was bigger than I was expecting. It looked exactly like the pictures, just more spacious than I thought - so that's a very good thing. It is a bit of a challenge to figure out how to find the keys and entrance, etc., but the instructions were excellent and we were glad they included photos since we arrived after dark. Once you're in, it's easy. My twenty-something, six foot four sons didn't find the twin beds very comfortable, but I'm sure they would be fine for younger (and smaller) kids. It's also important to remember that there is a reason Key West souvenirs include roosters - there are plenty of them right outside this property, and they are loud. That's not a negative though because it's not the property's fault. It would be rare to find anyplace where you wouldn't hear them in KW. Just bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. I can honestly say we didn't find anything wrong with this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

Very clean and spacious rental, my wife suggested extra blankets? The weather was wet and cooler for this time of year but it didn’t stop seeing all the sites. The rental made everything very safe and secure from entry to parking.

Week long stay in Key West

I would rate the property, location and communications with the owner as excellent. This was our second stay with this facility. The only negative thing I could say is the quest bedroom tv only got one channel. Probably a remote controller issue. Not that big an issue! You are in Key West anyways

Great place in a quiet part of Duval!

We were a group of 4 and the accommodations were very comfortable. Place was clean and spacious with access to the pool being a nice bonus for chilling in the afternoons. Convenient for walking to any location on the island. We enjoyed our time!!!

Clean, comfortable and great location!

We had a great time. The rental was in a great location and was clean and comfortable. We had 5 girls with us so having 2.5 bathrooms and a pullout couch was perfect. The only thing that kept us up was the roosters! They are everywhere and want to tell you about it all day and early, early morning (5am). There is a coffee/breakfast shop right on Duval Square so that was convenient every morning to grab coffees and food before venturing out for the days. The only thing we found confusing was when we were checking out the instructions said to take out the trash but we didn't know exactly where to take it but found a can in the parking structure. I would stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a bad little house. It's a bit of work to find the key, find the unit, they even describe getting in as a "scavenger hunt" on the instructions. Also, they gave us one key and there were two of us staying so there is no way for one person to get back in without the other. The security gate to the garage is a lot. Once you finally get in there, the house is nice. May not be bad for a family of two or three that are planning to go everywhere together.
