Duval Square - The Retreat. Au coeur de la vieille ville, Duval Square est situé à l'extrémité «artistique» et plus calme de Duval Street. Cette unité récemment mis à jour est décorée avec goût avec des éléments de design du monde entier. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée, un salon qui ouvre sur un patio. A l'étage il y a une chambre de maître avec balcon et salle de bain et une deuxième chambre et salle de bain. Il y a un demi-bain hors de la zone de vie. Il y a la climatisation centrale et récemment installé une connexion Wi-Fi. La piscine commune du complexe et Infrastructures surplombe mondialement célèbre rue Duval. Au niveau de la rue, vous trouverez un arbre bordée cour unique avec des restaurants et des boutiques. Alors que le stationnement est fourni ici, tout ce que vous avez vraiment besoin est un vélo pour votre principal mode de transport que vous pouvez marcher ou à vélo partout de Duval Square. Great property and easy access to Duval St. Plenty of room and it was great having the parking spot in the garage right below the condo. A little less than a mile from Sloppy Joe’s so you can easily get to that end of the street but not have to be in the “party” all the time.

Owner

Owner apparently was monitoring the temperature of the unit and called the office for them to let us know to plug-in the window air conditioner in the master bedroom (which by the way, my husband only unplugged because he wanted to plug in his cell phone) and told us not to decrease the temperature below 70. That’s very concerning that he is monitoring our stay.

Overall, a great place. Extremely clean and has great style. Second bedroom very small, but overall a great place!

We enjoyed our stay at Duval Square Retreat. The condo was very clean. We did have a couple of issues but the property managers answered our questions promptly. Thank you for the great stay in Key West!

Nice Space in the Right Place

The good is this condo complex is right off Duval St. with easy walking access to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. The condo itself is spacious and clean and our family of free was comfortable there. The not-so-good was the poor communication with property mgt. After a text was not responded to, I called the property mgt company to inquire as to where we could plug-in our electric golf cart rental, The agent (Carol) was not helpful and actually blamed me for not notifying them ahead of time as they would have recommended a gas-powered unit. We didn't see a single gas-powered golf cart cruising around town during our entire stay. Luckily, I found a plug in the garage on my own and was able to squeeze a charge in. Aside from this service letdown, we really liked the condo and would recommend.

Great Birthday Celebration

Beautiful, spacious townhome and pool. Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, sightseeing and even the boat parade going right down Duval Street! Totally recommend!!

Great Location

Duval Square is a great location. The condo is laid out perfectly for couples sharing space with the two en suites. The rental company provides some convenient basics like hand soap, shower soap, laundry pods etc so you don’t have to purchase things just to use a little. The pool/rooftop area is a nice feature. Parking is great.

Key West vacation

Great location, central to everything. The complex is very secure. The unit was nicely furnished. The couch needs to be replaced. The dishwasher did not clean well, so we hand washed dishes. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again!

Key west vacation

Location was great. Property was very nice, clean and everything functioned perfectly. The main issue we had with the property was around the beds. The bed specifically located in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch and may have a coil sticking me in the back…. Good sleep is so key while on vacation. I would strongly suggest buying some type of memory foam mattress.

Fantastic place in central Key West

This great 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit is just south of central Duval street. This means that everything, and I mean everything, on the West side of Key West is within walking distance. Hemmingway house, and the light house are right next door. Better than Sex is a glorious Dessert place right next door as well (make reservations!). Southern most point is 10-15 minute easy walk. Mallory Square at the other end is about 20-25 minute easy walk. The rental company was fantastic for communication in getting us settled in. And you have your own dedicated parking space in a covered garage so no parking hassles at all. The unit is above a retail spot that is low key and quiet but has multiple restaurants, a CVS around the corner, and a circle K as well if you need something fast. We couldn't have hoped for more.

Right off Duval

This is a great location just steps from Duval Street. The condo is spacious with a huge main bedroom. I loved having both bedrooms upstairs. Parking was convenient and secure.

Great Location

My husband and adult son stayed here the week of July 4th. It is in a great location with shoot and restaurants within walking distance. We could walk to the pier at the end of White Strret (about 1 mile) to see the fireworks up close. We have two complaints: no bath soap provided and somewhat uncomfortable beds and bedding. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable otherwise. I would recommend this place for its location and space, but don’t forget to bring bath soap!

Quiet Comfortable Condo

We flew in on a morning flight and the property manager arranged for our condo to be ready early, and since we had an afternoon flight we were able to arrange a noon checkout by simply starting the laundry process for towels. Check in was easy and only required we pickup our keys from a secure mailbox with our name on a label and checkout even more simple. We just left the keys on the dining room table. Our lights were on to welcome our arrival as was the chilly air conditioner on both levels. We loved the colorful and interesting decor and think you will too. Gated entry that requires a key made us feel safe. We had an issue with finding ESPN after hours and after one quick call they talked us through what to do (required unplugging the cable box) however we loved being able to call someone for immediate help.

Quiet Duval St

This property was perfect for our stay. On the quiet end of Duval Street we still had fine restaurants just out our gate. Scooter rentals, tour booking booths, and upscale shops all within our block. Hemingway House and other sightseeing stops within walking distance. The property itself was well maintained, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed our first experience with Vbro and Key West!
