Duval Square - The Retreat. Au coeur de la vieille ville, Duval Square est situé à l'extrémité «artistique» et plus calme de Duval Street. Cette unité récemment mis à jour est décorée avec goût avec des éléments de design du monde entier. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée, un salon qui ouvre sur un patio. A l'étage il y a une chambre de maître avec balcon et salle de bain et une deuxième chambre et salle de bain. Il y a un demi-bain hors de la zone de vie. Il y a la climatisation centrale et récemment installé une connexion Wi-Fi. La piscine commune du complexe et Infrastructures surplombe mondialement célèbre rue Duval. Au niveau de la rue, vous trouverez un arbre bordée cour unique avec des restaurants et des boutiques. Alors que le stationnement est fourni ici, tout ce que vous avez vraiment besoin est un vélo pour votre principal mode de transport que vous pouvez marcher ou à vélo partout de Duval Square. Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful time. Very clean, well stocked and a perfect location. The pool was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Duval Square Retreat. The condo was very clean. We did have a couple of issues but the property managers answered our questions promptly. Thank you for the great stay in Key West!

A Perfect Spot

Great Location

Duval Square is a great location. The condo is laid out perfectly for couples sharing space with the two en suites. The rental company provides some convenient basics like hand soap, shower soap, laundry pods etc so you don’t have to purchase things just to use a little. The pool/rooftop area is a nice feature. Parking is great.

Owner

Owner apparently was monitoring the temperature of the unit and called the office for them to let us know to plug-in the window air conditioner in the master bedroom (which by the way, my husband only unplugged because he wanted to plug in his cell phone) and told us not to decrease the temperature below 70. That’s very concerning that he is monitoring our stay.

Just far enough away from the action that it wasn’t too far to walk, but didn’t have the traffic. Several restaurants and bars within a few blocks!!

Perfect location.

Would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect. Far enough to be quiet at all times, but close enough to walk to just about anywhere you want to go. The property is immaculate and had everything we needed.

Right off Duval

This is a great location just steps from Duval Street. The condo is spacious with a huge main bedroom. I loved having both bedrooms upstairs. Parking was convenient and secure.

Duval Square Retreat - Great Location

The 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath was very clean and spacious! There was an abundance of paper products and bath towels in both bathrooms! The decor is very interesting.... an African theme! Overall, it was a great property to rent!

Quiet Duval St

This property was perfect for our stay. On the quiet end of Duval Street we still had fine restaurants just out our gate. Scooter rentals, tour booking booths, and upscale shops all within our block. Hemingway House and other sightseeing stops within walking distance. The property itself was well maintained, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed our first experience with Vbro and Key West!

Great Location

My husband and adult son stayed here the week of July 4th. It is in a great location with shoot and restaurants within walking distance. We could walk to the pier at the end of White Strret (about 1 mile) to see the fireworks up close. We have two complaints: no bath soap provided and somewhat uncomfortable beds and bedding. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable otherwise. I would recommend this place for its location and space, but don’t forget to bring bath soap!

Great location | Gracious Environment | Spotlessly Clean

Ample space, best beds and linens! Spotlessly clean and fresh. Kitchen has spices in case you cook. The check out protocol is a bit over the top, due to the extensive list of 'tasks' the guests are expected to complete, all by no later than 10am. This is in addition to the cleaning fee.

Nice Space in the Right Place

The good is this condo complex is right off Duval St. with easy walking access to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. The condo itself is spacious and clean and our family of free was comfortable there. The not-so-good was the poor communication with property mgt. After a text was not responded to, I called the property mgt company to inquire as to where we could plug-in our electric golf cart rental, The agent (Carol) was not helpful and actually blamed me for not notifying them ahead of time as they would have recommended a gas-powered unit. We didn't see a single gas-powered golf cart cruising around town during our entire stay. Luckily, I found a plug in the garage on my own and was able to squeeze a charge in. Aside from this service letdown, we really liked the condo and would recommend.

Great location.

The only issue we had was the main bathtub not draining for the first 2 days. We called the office on the second day of our stay late Friday afternoon and no one ended up coming out to fix the issue. We left Monday late morning. Luckily, we figured it out anyway after messing around with the drain system more. The location of this place js great and near the quieter end lf Duval. Everything within walking/biking distance. The place wasn't spotless, but clean enough. We would stay here again.

Great location and property

This location and property was ideal for our family and visit. The townhome was clean, well organized, and all items were in working order. The check in process was a bit challenging. Specifically, the management company did not have the after hours lock box with keys stocked. Additionally, it would have been an added benefit to have some accoutrements available like small soap, shampoo, and coffee. The WI-FI was great. Overall a home run. We will definitely choose this location and servicing company again. With a few minor tweaks this will be an across the board 5 star rating. Nice job!

Fantastic place in central Key West

This great 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit is just south of central Duval street. This means that everything, and I mean everything, on the West side of Key West is within walking distance. Hemmingway house, and the light house are right next door. Better than Sex is a glorious Dessert place right next door as well (make reservations!). Southern most point is 10-15 minute easy walk. Mallory Square at the other end is about 20-25 minute easy walk. The rental company was fantastic for communication in getting us settled in. And you have your own dedicated parking space in a covered garage so no parking hassles at all. The unit is above a retail spot that is low key and quiet but has multiple restaurants, a CVS around the corner, and a circle K as well if you need something fast. We couldn't have hoped for more.
