Serenity Retreat 3BR with Heated Pool and Parking
Pool heating is available for $40 per night. After payment, I'll provide instructions for you to activate the heating, which may take up to 7 hours to warm up.
Experience North Vegas bliss in this 3BR, 2.5BA retreat. Enjoy an open, light-filled floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a private outdoor oasis featuring a pool, patio, and manicured gardens.
No Outside Visitors:
Please note that only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed, even for short visits. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this house rule.

†IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
†Indoor fire place is NOT for guests to use.
†Guests do not have access to the master closet and two hallway closets however, they are granted access to the entire property and all amenities
†Double garage, 2 car driveway and extra parking on opposite side of the road against wall.

The neighborhood is awesome because it has great transportation options! Whether you like to drive or take public transportation, you'll have no trouble getting around. If you prefer driving, there are major highways nearby that connect to other areas and the rest of the city. And if you like taking buses or other transit services, don't worry, there are plenty of options available to make your commute a breeze.
†The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
†Unfortunately, we canât offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony, patio, and pool area. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. This home is reserved exclusively for registered guests only. For everyone's safety and to comply with insurance and community regulations, no unregistered or outside guests are allowed at any time during your stay.
