Exceeding Expectations: A Perfect Stay in San Agustin

The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It's beautifully maintained and perfect for our family of four. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We're already looking forward to returning to San Agustin and staying at these villas again.

Beautiful, clean home that’s next to some great eateries. Just a couple blocks to the beach. They provide a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas.

Beautiful, modern beach getaway

I stayed for a long weekend, and the place was perfect - down to the smallest detail. It's a beautifully updated place and everywhere you look is just gorgeous. The location was great - just steps from the beach. They had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will be going back again.

Relaxing

The home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels to start with. The home is just a few minutes by foot from the beach, restaurants, and diners.

Nice and relaxing

Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with all we needed for our 3 nights stay. We enjoyed walking to the beach and the pier. Many restaurants just steps away. About 15min drive to the historic Saint Augustine's area. The host is very friendly and fast to respond.

Great Place

This Property was so pretty, The backyard was super nice and beautiful, there was a small table with chairs around it, and then a wood picnic table with benches, palm trees, and closed in with fence, so you have privacy. The inside was so cute! 2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen with dishes, and living area all open floor plan so everyone can be together, We really loved the place, and the Host was the absolute best!! She was awesome! very accomodating. Definitely would recommend this place, and is close to all the good eating places, and It's on A1A ! so the beach is also right there!!

Amazing Family Vacation

Where do I begin? Being from Alberta Canada, our family would normally not find ourselves anywhere near St Augustine but my daughter was being treated with proton radiation nearby in Jacksonville for her stage four cancer diagnosis. We knew we wanted a few nights away from the Ronald McDonald House to make it feel more like a vacation and this property was exactly that and more. From the cleanliness to professionalism and simplicity in the decor, it was the perfect little getaway. It is a couple blocks from the beautiful white sandy beach, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. My wife enjoyed the short 10 minute walk to the coffee shop, Kookaburra as well as island donuts. The girls were happy to know that three ice cream shops were within walking distance - a hit with the kids! Most of all we will forever be grateful for the kindness Megan showed our family with her understanding and flexibility. If we didn’t live so far away, this would be an annual vacation spot!
