While we’re pleased our team responded quickly to the urgent issues, we agree they should have been addressed before the guest was allowed to check in. Our team responded promptly, and both issues were repaired the same day. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the issues being brought to our attention so we could address them immediately.
