My husband and our two daughters stayed for 3 nights for a baby moon trip! The location ended up being better than we hoped! Just a few minutes from hiking trails and a waterfall and close to town too. We were able to enjoy our time at the property and park located just outside the gated area. Would love to visit again in the future!

The host is very quick to communicate, and the property is nicely located near Sundance, Provo, Heber, and Park City. If you have any mobility issues, note that the second bedroom is downstairs and bathing is a stand-alone claw foot tub with a shower. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, wifi and TV.

Spent a lovely week at the cabin! The beds were really comfortable and listening to the river right outside the bedroom window was so relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Be aware that there is no dishwasher and the washbasin, while endearing, is not super ergonomic! Otherwise, loved our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The cabin was cute, inviting and roomy for a small family or couple. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. The river in the back was very beautiful and peaceful. The community gate code was a bit of a nuisance because we had a Doordash delivery and a few uber rides. Instructions that the keypad is on the other side of the gate need to be updated.

Communication was excellent. There was a problem checking in, as there was some trench work being done on the entire Street, which meant we could not access the driveway had to park across the street and wait for the crew to fill in a ditch so we could get to the location. We did complain about it to the property owners and they took care of it to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the ditch digging process also interrupted our internet. But again things were resolved pretty well and very responsefully. Although the property is on the creek, you can not access the creek from the property. You can see it, hear it, but there's no way to get to it and dip your feet in it, which was a little disappointing.. The location is excellent. It is up Provo canyon at the Vivian Park turnoff, it is not up at Sundance. It is right next to the hiking and bike path, maybe a couple of miles farther up the canyon from bridal veil falls. The first night we were there, across the creek there is a condo with a night light spotlight which was like a searchlight shining in our bedroom window. Very bizarre. But the second and third nights it was turned off, which gave much more of a dark sky feeling. Overall, a decent stay. If anyone in your party has accessibility issues, I would not recommend this property as there are steps all over the place. Hearing the rushing of the creek water at night and throughout the day is really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is cozy and comfortable and was a perfect fit for my family of four. The rental process was simple and straightforward -- from beginning to end. We recommend this cabin to anyone who likes to stay in comfortable, clean accommodations at an affordable rate.

This place is truly amazing!!!

Everything is so intricately decorated. From the adorable curtain rods in the kitchen to the claw foot tub in the barhroom there are so many other things that make this cute little cottage on the river stand out.

Quaint cabin on creek. Left window open at night to hear water. Close to all mountain hiking. Owner even checked on us after a storm. Great get-a-way!
