POOL HEATER:
• POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL at an additional charge of $35 per night (can only be added for the entire stay), which is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on the website.
• It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours before the check-in date. If requested AFTER the check-in, there will be an extra $30 connection fee.
• The maximum temperature of the pool is 88°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but PLEASE NOTE that the water does not heat up to its total capacity during the winter, and we cannot reimburse due to non-mechanical issues, such as weather conditions.
• The beige concrete of the pool can give the water a greenish tint. This effect is often due to how light reflects off the beige surface and interacts with the water, influencing the pool's overall color appearance.

BBQ GRILL:
The grill can be rented for $85 per stay. Grill and utensils must be thoroughly cleaned before checkout, or an additional cleaning fee of $40 may be charged.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes/apartments as regular addresses, and the package will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we cannot leave open food in refrigerators or kitchen closets. Hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in the front box daily to keep a clean home.

* The Rental Agreement should be filled out and signed before check-in. If this form is not completed correctly and returned at least 48 hours before arrival, check-in information will not go out. There is a security deposit ($350.00).
