Sleeping Arrangements

- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): King Bed with ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): King Bed with access to the balcony.

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 2 Single Beds with ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 2 Single Beds with ensuite bathroom.



Living Area

The family room offers ample seating for the whole group, a flat‑screen TV, and large windows that frame the community’s landscaped grounds. It’s a perfect spot to gather after a day of adventure.



Kitchen & Dining

A large full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and all the cookware you need for a hearty breakfast before heading out. Indoor and outdoor dining tables accommodate everyone, and the adjacent balcony provides additional loungers for a relaxed meal al fresco.



Outdoor Spaces

Step onto the private patio where a grill awaits—just remember the $30 cleaning fee to keep it in tip‑top shape. Cushioned loungers line the patio, inviting you to soak up the Florida sun. The balcony overlooking the community adds another layer of relaxation, with extra loungers for sunset views.



Community Amenities

The Magic Village Views community offers a sparkling outdoor pool, a fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts, a restaurant, grocery store, and ticket shop. Use of the pool and gym incurs a $100 + tax extra fee per group per day, charged only if you access the clubhouse; passes are arranged through the concierge.



Location & Nearby Attractions

You’re just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, making theme‑park hopping effortless. A handful of dining options sit only a couple of miles away, offering world‑class meals for family evenings.



With a free washer/dryer on site and thoughtful touches throughout, the villa blends convenience with the exclusive feel of a gated community, giving you a comfortable home base for an unforgettable Orlando getaway.



Guest Access:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) space designated in front of the home designated with the unit number painted on the ground - there are spaces throughout the community that do not have a painted number and can be used by guests.



Facilities: The Magic Village Views is a luxury gated community right next to Disney parks! The resort offers a swimming pool & gym ($100+tax extra fee per group per day), fitness center, volleyball & tennis courts, restaurant, grocery and tickets stores. There is a $100+tax extra fee per group per day to use the pool and gym at the clubhouse. This fee is charged only if you use the clubhouse. To book your pass go directly to the concierge.



The Neighborhood:

In the heart of Orlando, where theme park enchantment, upscale shopping and vibrant dining intersect, a tranquil oasis redefines the hospitality landscape. Just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, that means being right in the heart of the magic!



Getting Around:

There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Vehicles are also very helpful to get around!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
