Modern Farmhouse at the Base of Teton Pass

Located just off the Teton Pass, this Victor home is the perfect escape from our now to common busy lifestyles. The new house has a great open concept floor plan and large windows to provide postcard views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
The space
This Victor home is the perfect spot to get away from it all and reconnect with nature. Offering spectacular mountain views, a large open-concept floor plan, and close access to outdoor recreation, this property is ideal for adventurers and vacationers alike. With a mudroom, laundry room, full-sized washer/dryer, primary bedroom with en-suite, and the second bedroom with a Queen, and one set of twin bunk beds, Additionally the loft has a queen pull out, you'll never lack for comfort or convenience during your stay. Plus, an indoor sauna allows you to soothe any aches from a day of exploring the nearby mountains. With the fantastic biking trail requiring no driving, you can just leave the car behind and enjoy the wonders of nature!

The main level has an open concept kitchen and living area a full sized bathroom, and the secluded 3rd bathroom with a queen sized bed

The second level has an open concept kitchen and dining room, a full sized bathroom, and the secluded primary suite with en-suite bathroom. The master has a King sized bed.

Upstairs, there are two rooms connected to each other. The first is a bonus room with a queen pull out couch. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and one set of twin bunk beds.

Skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, and more is a short drive away. There is a fantastic biking trail to connect to with no driving required!

We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%.

Additional insurance fee for stays over 29 nights will apply.
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

Check in is after 3 pm and check out is before 10 am.

Fantastic views from the Modern Farmhouse

It was great! Checking in was easy, and it was an absolutely beautiful property! There was plenty of space for our family. The heated floors and sauna were a nice touch on the cooler evenings.

Family Vacation

This property is exactly as it is pictured and described!! It was set in a quiet beautiful setting!! This spacious property was extremely clean and fully stocked with everything we needed with much more. Communication with the owners from reservations, to check in to check out was easy with immediate response. We would definitely stay again!!

My family says I need to keep this place secret so it doesn’t gain popularity and we can keep it all to ourselves year after year. It was absolutely perfect and the views and the setting were unmatched! Truly felt like heaven on earth. Home was clean and there was plenty of space for the whole family. Got a bit warm during the day with not AC so the fans were helpful. Kids loved the heated floors. Loved the yard space! Loved the sauna!

June stay in Victor

We had a nice stay at the Farmhouse in Victor. The home was brand new and very clean. The large windows provided beautiful views, and it was very easy to pop into Victor and access the surrounding hiking and biking trails. Overall it was a great visit! Thanks so much!

Home Adjacent to Targhee Natl Forest

Very nice home -- clean, modern, conveneint to the national forest for Bear Aware hiking, very responsive rental management. However, upstairs ventilation is poor (building design mistake), hence could benefit from A/C or strong, quiet fans for warm days. Unfortunately, we arrived immediately after the road collapse/washout of Teton Pass creating a major inconvenience for travel to Jackson Hole Valley. Would stay there again though!

Before You Book Ask for Confirmation

Be sure you’re getting what you expect from the listing on Vrbo. Get screenshots and ask the host for confirmation and transparency.Teton Valley Rentals did not manage expectations or maintain transparency from the listing on Vrbo. There were significant contradicting details or changes made to the listing months after I booked the rental. The rental is listed as a three-bedrooms. However, my family were not allowed to use all three when we arrived. We had been coordinating for months and across the country with my senior and disabled family members using the information and the images the Teton Valley Rentals used to promote the house. I worked with Vrbo to get the support I need while Teton Valley Rentals failed to cooperate and accommodate initially.The house was nice, new and clean. Conveniently located in Victor/Driggs area and Grand Teton National Park.

Hey Carl, thanks for your feedback. The house was being switched from a 2 BR to a 3 BR about 4 days after your stay. The listing description and title had clear information on what to expect prior to a certain date, we are sorry you missed this information before booking. However, when you reached out the day after your arrival we promptly came over, cleaned the additional bedroom, bath, and living space and got it available for you to use for the remainder of your stay. We felt we did all that we could do accommodate you and make your stay comfortable, which was done within the hour once you reached out. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
