The decor is inside is lovely, well represented & outdoor space was set up nicely with BBQ & private. We appreciated the amenities & access to the club house with lazy river. The host responded quickly when we had any issue. We definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful property with plenty of space for my family of 8 plus my parents! The pool was a highlight of the trip! The kids enjoyed it after long days exploring. My parents enjoyed the pool for water aerobics.

Was better than expected. Was pleasantly surprised at the amenities. Lots of space, pool was small but great to relax in.

BED BUGS!!! We found bedbugs as we were getting ready to check out. We immediately reported it to property management. They sent out a maintenance team after we had checked out; bedbugs were confirmed in multiple rooms. So while the unit itself was nice and the pool was nice, sharing the unit with bedbugs was not so nice. The check-in process is also a cluster. One person working a gate with 10 cars in line makes for a miserable check-in process. Overall community is nice, but I would never stay here again.

Great birthday weekend

Very nice and quiet. Generally the home was clean. The master bathroom door needed to be cleaned, there make-up smudges and there were several long, straight, brown hairs on all of the pillows. The home's light fixtures were a bit dusty (I only really noticed because my daughter has a dustnite dander allergy and she sneezed the whole weekend). The home, neighborhood, and pool were great. We felt at home and loved being there.

Great stay for families

Overall, we had a good experience at this property. The house looked just like the photos in the listing, which was a big plus. The waterpark area was a highlight, our kids had a blast, and the free arcade was a nice bonus.Check-in was fairly simple, though getting through the gate took a bit more effort than expected. We also noticed a few minor cleaning tasks that had been overlooked, so the property could have been a little cleaner.I had a last-minute change and reached out to the property manager, who responded within about 30 minutes—very appreciated!One thing to note: most of the furniture, including beds and the sofa, is quite low to the ground. This made it difficult for some of the older members of our group to get up and down comfortably.Overall, it was a fun stay and a great spot for families with kids.

Overall nice stay!

This property matches the description provided and provided a nice stay for our family of 3. The pros include it being very spacious, nice private pool, easy check-in and out and located in a nice gated community with fun resort amenities. I would say the only drawbacks include the house itself being quite a distance from the main pool area so driving is quickest, and the pool does get crowded. They also do not allow outside food/drinks on the pool deck, so you have to purchase them at the pool bar (which they have reusable cup options for but can get pricey). Also, it is obvious that the house is owned and operated by a company rather than direct owner, and therefore lacks a personal touch. Overall, I would recommend this home to others!

Better than expected 11/10!

This place was truly magical…and I’m NOT the kind of guy who says that. It had more than everything we needed for two families of four and the themed rooms were amazing. Real estate pictures generally make a place look 50% better than it really is but this place was the opposite! The pictures were great but the house was even better in real life. So much effort was put into the themed rooms and I don’t think the wand controlled lighting was even advertised! Communication with the property managers was incredible, the two times I had to message them questions they responded within 15 minutes. The neighborhood amenities were gorgeous and very fun. I’ve spoken so highly and often of this place I think I talked my coworker into buying in the neighborhood. Hope to rent again thank you!
