Wow. Simply stunning! This direct oceanfront, newly renovated, 3 Br condo in Mar Vista Grande has everything. It's on the 10th floor with elevator access. The bathrooms and kitchen have been totally renovated. The private balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 10th floor with amazing ocean and beach views. The unit has many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen, flat screen TVs, and crown molding. The entire condo has been upgraded with LVP flooring.

Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

** Please Note -- The Indoor Pool will be closed from April 1st for appx. 6 weeks for renovations. ** Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Great family vacation place! The unit was spacious enough that we could all be together, but enough private space too. It was clean and well stocked. The balcony had great views of the beach and ocean along with the benefit of an ocean breeze. Highly recommend!! Will be back next time we are in N Myrtle Beach.

Loved the property - Ocean Front Views

The property was great! Had everything we needed, including a crock pot! The showers were awesome and I loved the huge soaking tub. The view was amazing. The only improvement I would say is the patio furniture was not very comfortable. Other than that it was a great location.

Fantastic Experience

We often rent condos for our beach vacations and this was the easiest process by far. By not having to locate a rental office, etc, during the check-in process, the arrival was the smoothest ever. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room and ample room for dining. The condo was well equipped, very clean, with beautiful ocean front views. The entire property is like a resort compared to some we've stayed in. Beautifully landscaped, attentive staff on the premises and the pool area is magnificent. We highly recommend this unit.

Family Summer Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Everything was as shown in pictures. We had everything we need to cook at home several nights a week. Amazing shower heads in bathrooms. Overall great stay.

Mar Vista Grand has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, it has direct ocean access and I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

North Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
