The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to an outdoor courtyard.
Three bedrooms with three bathrooms plus a small single bedroom complete this floor.

The property is located in the exclusive Punta Ala with extraordinary beaches, tennis courts, horse riding, fantasic restaurants and one of the most beautiful marina, on the uscan coast and at the same time near fantasic wine estates and old typical tuscan villages, with easy access to all of the area’s major cultural and artistic towns such as Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Livorno etc..
There are many charming restaurants surrounding the area, in addition to a range of local delicacies.

The villa spreads over 2 floors, with 5/6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and one child.

Castiglione della pescaia (10 miles away from the villa). The villa located halfway between Forte dei Marmi and Capalbio along the Tuscan coast; makes easy to visit all the most interesting towns and areas of the region (Florence, Livorno, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra etc.)

**“City Tax” of € 1 per person per night applicable for a maximum of 14 nights during the period of M 1st to October 31st, is to be paid upon arrival as per the city's regulatory rules (kids under 14 are exempt).**
