Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 1-55 Location, location, location – a quick walk to the pool and spa, full ocean views from every room, plus a private balcony! This smartly decorated, town home style, end villa is perfect for one or two couples or a small family. The master suite, with a Cal king bed and full bath, are on the lower level, which has an exit door to the outside steps down to where the golf cart is parked. The living room with double sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen and second bath are on the main level. You may enter the villa from both levels (only 42 steps to the bedroom level). Free WiFi! 830 SFT H155 Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

The location and views were perfect! The amenities were good; the pool could have been cooler and the jacuzzi much warmer. We could have used a couple more washcloths and maybe another blanket, but in all, worth the price!

Everything was fine. The pictures accurately represented the property and the community was great. We saw grown adult deer driving home last night! Plus, the golf cart worked well and everything was smooth.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The views from the patio were stunning, and the included golf cart truly made exploring the area so much fun. Hamilton Cove was such an incredible community to be part of for the weekend. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hamilton Cove is the best place to stay on the Island. This unit as very nice. Well stocked and comfortable. The golf cart was a plus. The views are lovely. We very much enjoyed our small balcony. We would stay here again.

Amazing location!

A perfect location where you can relax to the sound of the ocean waves. It’s located in a private community that’s quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the town but not too far that you can drive down with your golf cart whenever you want. The property have a beautiful view of the blue waters.

Amazing views and great for family condo!

The property has amazing views of the entire community, beach & pool. The unit was family friendly with a lot of board games to choose from. Well maintained and clean. Exclusive community with great amenities for kids and adults. Quiet and peaceful community. We all had a great time and we are planning to go back soon. Highly recommended.

The mattress on the bed was horrible,lumpy and sagged in the middle. The sheets were pilled, the hot tub was like warm, the kitchen cupboards were grimy. Had to wash the dishes before I used them. There was left over ice cream in the freezer. The windows did not work well, 40 year old crank style. For the cost, I expected more. The island was wonderful. I will be returning in the spring.

Great view, easy check in, AC worked well. Ants and spiders in condo, furniture/bed/pillows old, golf cart has bad gas fumes, windows hard to open, would not stay there again.

Ocean views were amazing from every window! There is also a nice golf cart and 2 entrances to the condo. The only downside were the amount of stairs to walk and we both had been recovery from foot/leg surgeries. I wish that was told to us upon calling for building and taxi information. It is too far to walk to from the ferry boat, so plan on taking a taxi. Other than that we loved our condo and the staff:)

Incredible Views

Property was great and stocked with so many convenient items, which I really appreciate. They even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all bathrooms. We have stayed at multiple Hamilton Cove condos. I like this one the best because it is a lot less steps to the door than most, and it has a private balcony. Many of the HC balconies are a walk through space and not at all private. This was a great corner unit that made the stay much more private.

While the view is amazing, the condo isn’t great. It is outdated & plagued with broken items. For the price, I would expect better.We had trouble accessing the unit due to the counterintuitive locks. The latches are just for appearance. You have to turn the key to the left, hold it there, & push the door open at the same time.While the floors seemed clean, we found a hairball in the toilet. There were stray eyelashes & hair particles on the pillow cases. There is a noticeable spider problem. Many dead spiders around the exterior of the upstairs door, & the tipping point was finding a live spider on my towel right when I got out of the upstairs shower!The bed is absolutely terrible - squeaky & sags. My husband felt like the frame was going to break. He looked under & discovered that center supports were missing.The bathroom sink drain plugs were either missing or broken. Be careful not to have any jewelry around the sink! The downstairs bathroom reminds me of a Motel 6.The kitchen cabinet hinges are worn out, loose, & need replacing. Cabinets felt sticky.It was nice to have the golf cart, but it was covered in dust & reeked of fumes. We actually had to clean the seats ourselves before we could even use it.Do not leave anything behind here, because you will not get it back. I accidentally left a brand-new souvenir sweater that I had just bought on the island. I only ever wore it inside the condo. When I contacted management, they claimed they couldn’t locate it.

Stay at Catalina

the location and the view is FANTASTIC. The mattress was horrible to the point that my back was hurting. they must immediately replace that. They need to ONLY Provide clean towels and sheets. This was the worst I had experienced. horrible products being offered as well. For shampoo it was probably a body wash. For the premium price we paid, at the very least I did expect to have descent mattress to sleep on, clean sheets and towels, better quality shampoo and conditioner and definitely descent pots and pans. Also the hair dryer was broken and the shower door was so old that it came out of place. I wished people would value and care more about guests experiences to do a good price to value offering. I would be okay if I paid 300 or 350 a night given all these things was not good with this property.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Wonderful place. Pinch of paradise. Gorgeous unit, breathtaking ocean views. AC definitely came in handy on the humid hot nights. My only concern was the bed. My husband is 6'4 300lb. The bed was pretty weak or so it felt. He was not comfortable sleeping in the bed so we slept upstairs on the couch. Very comfortable but not ideal. Last was the sprinkle of ants everywhere. In every room. Would definitely stay again but bring ant houses.

The communication and service from CICR was friendly and responsive. The condo’s kitchen is well stocked and the entire unit was super clean. For the price, we would expect all the windows to work - many did not. The unit overall is a bit dated. That being said, the views are spectacular and the setting is beautiful. We would stay there again.
