Welcome to your dream vacation destination! This newly updated and renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a beach lover's paradise, located just steps from the pristine white sands of Clearwater Beach.



The Space:

Fins up!



IMPORTANT INFO: pool will be closed from September 12 until October 5 2026, due to renovations.



This condo is located at the Villas of Clearwater beach where you can enjoy a shared pool, grills and just steps from the beach.



Finns up is located on the top floor of building B.



As you walk in you will see an open floor plan with high ceilings, perfect space for your family vacation.



This beach condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 6 guests total.



The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable King-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom boasts two full-size beds and a smart TV.



With 1100 square feet of living space, you'll have room to relax and make lasting memories with loved ones.



The living room is designed for relaxation and offers access to a private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evenings. Plenty of comfy seating makes it an inviting space to enjoy.



The dining area is perfect for family meals, and the renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new GE appliances and stunning quartz countertops, making meal preparation a joy.



This condo offers a true beachside experience with no streets to cross. Simply venture down the stairs to enjoy the pool or continue down to the beach, where sun, surf, and sand await.

A Great Stay

We spent 11 days on Clearwater Beach. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for us. It was very accessible to everything that we needed. The easy access to the condo and pool area was wonderful. We plan to visit again soon.

Mothers day weekend

We had a wonderful and restful getaway with some of our family. Would definetly stay here again. Quiet area, soooo close to beach and walking distance to shops, food and entertainment. Very clean, stocked kitchen and even beach supplies with towels. Pool was an added amenity we used often.

I'd love to stay there again!

Absolutely perfect! Clean, and just as pictured.There were beach towels, and numerous other necessities for a day at the beach. Great location as it's just steps from the beach, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Perfect spring break

This property was fantastic for our family of four. Close walking distance to anything we needed, beach very close and not too crowded. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Was happy to find some beach chairs and umbrella in the closet. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great week.

Our stay at Fins Up! was nothing short of perfect. The condo was clean and had EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you may need for your stay. The beach is steps away which was convenient! There are a good amount of steps up to condo entrance so this is not suitable for a handicapped individual. However, there’s extra gates/codes and locks for security purposes which just gives an extra little piece of mind! My family and I will definitely be back to this cozy, clean oasis! 10/10!!

Beach Vacation

The property was just as advertised. The location was superb being just steps from the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It was clean with plenty of space and the Communication from the property manager was top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Everything was very specific to detail. The pictures were accurate and up to date. The unit was very clean, no dust, smelled clean, and extremely happy with no mold or bugs!!!! I did not encounter 1 bug the entire 8 days I stayed. In 13 years that has never happened in any location on Clearwater Beach. The communication with the host was very prompt, and responsive. There were beach chairs, towels, accesories in the unit. I could not be happier with the location. I will seek this property only for future vacations!
