Cette oasis tropicale comprend une piscine chauffée et un quai qui donne sur un lagon protégé qui s'ouvre sur la baie de Floride.
Il y a 3 chambres et deux salles de bains à l'étage, et une suite chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec salle de bain privée qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse de la piscine. Les chambres à l'étage sont meublées avec deux lits king size et un lit queen size. En bas, la suite parentale est meublée d'un lit king size. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes.

Le terrain surdimensionné est luxueusement aménagé pour plus d'intimité.
Il y a des restaurants locaux 4 étoiles à proximité, mais la propriété comprend également une cuisine bien équipée et une grille extérieure pour les chefs dans l'ùme.

Pour ceux qui aiment la navigation de plaisance, il y a un accÚs immédiat à la baie de Floride, à quelques minutes de l'océan Atlantique. Les marinas locales avec location de bateaux, kayaks et jetski sont à quelques minutes.

This was our third stay at this property and we are already booked for next year. The neighborhood is great, the house, pool and dockage are also great features that fits our needs with a family of 7.

Hidden gem for fishing

Location and amenities spot on for renters with a boat. Tucked away for a private get away with friends and family. Easy access to favorite fishing spots and Robbie’s! We’ll be back!!!

A heavenly week in Paradise

The house was very comfortable and roomy. Had all the accommodations to stay in and cook. The pool was great for my grands. The dock was paradise. We saw a manatee. We caught mangrove snapper. Everything you could want in a vacation. 10 stars. Host was great

Always a wonderful stay!

This was our third visit to this house-we obviously love the area. The house needs a little TLC but the location and grounds more than make up for any upgrades that are needed. Our three adult kids and two significant others all had plenty of room-a place for each to have some privacy and plenty of space for us to be together as well. We had a special visitor to the pool on three different nights-an American Crocodile apparently liked the warm pool water. We obviously stayed away while he was using the pool and let the property owner know (she contacted fish and wildlife, and the visiting croc should be finding a new home elsewhere soon.) Our future-son-in-law (as of this week) proposed to our daughter on the dock midway through the week; "our" special house is even more special.Thanks for another great stay. We'll probably be back!

Another great visit!

This was our second year visiting Islamorada and staying at this location. Nice, quiet location with beautiful, private back yard/view of water. Pool was appreciated by our adult kids. Internet was great for two that had to work remotely. Plenty of room to spread out and spaces for all be together. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware. Downstairs room could use a deep cleaning/dehumidifier-has a bit of a dank smell-helped to have doors/windows open. Couple that stayed in that room appreciated the bathroom makeover! We all appreciated the dock refurbishment. No manatees this year but still a great visit. Thanks!

Manatee at the dock!

My husband, three adult kids and partner of one stayed for a week at this property. The house itself is good-well stocked but could use some TLC. Very clean and plenty of room to spread out. Modern appliances in the kitchen. Loved the wine fridge. W/D in room below living area need a little upgrade but still appreciate having the option. The setting of this house was perfect for us. No boat but loved the view and ability to see the fish and other creatures swimming about. Our first full day at the house, a manatee swam to the dock while we were all there, stuck its head out of the water as if to say “hi” and proceeded to munch on the vegetation on the inlet floor and poles of the dock. It was amazing! We saw the manatee several times while there but the first encounter was the best. Great location in the Keys-easy to go north or south with many things to do only a short drive away. Our adult kids loved the pool and were in it daily. They loved (as did we) the opportunity to spend time together and time apart. The very private back yard and dock were perfect for us. Jan was available and responsive but VRBO was having some issues and questions weren’t answered because the site wasn’t notifying owner. Finally sent a text and got a quick response
.moral-contact her directly. We would definitely go back and highly recommend the house, location and owner! It was a great vacation! Thank you!

Truly a hidden gem! It checked all the boxes for us and after reading almost every review we felt comfortable booking. The location was perfect for boating. Those that did not boat from 6:00 a.m. until 11 pm (yep we never saw our guys) had plenty to do. We rented bikes and kayaks from Back Country and they delivered. It is a rustic place that is laid back and no frills. The backyard, decks and dock are amazingly peaceful. House keeper was very responsive and we found the house clean. Looking forward to booking again.

Annual Family vacation

We just finished our 4th annual, family vacation at this VRBO. The house is perfect for our growing family and meets our needs. The pool is a big selling point with its privacy and sun/shade options. We bring a boat and rent a boat for our two week stay, and the dock availability is great. It is a really nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a good fish cleaning station, but bring an umbrella for the afternoon sun. They have a bait freezer in the downstairs covered area that is very convenient! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. A grill on the deck is also available. The washer and dryer downstairs is a big plus. This is a pretty large house and gives a big family plenty of space.Our only complaint about the stay is the mattresses in all of the bedrooms. All parties complained about the sagging and warped mattress in their room and a sore back in the morning. It would be GREAT to see the mattresses replaced.We hope to be back next year!

Our stay was wonderful. Having use of the pool was great considering that the weather was not co-operative. Windy and rainy. Nothing you can do about that though. It was very clean and I am very appreciative that you let me take our dog due to unforeseen circumstance. Thank you.
