After spending over 20 years exploring every corner of the Florida Keys, we’ve seen it all—quaint cottages, dated rentals, and properties that simply didn’t live up to the dream. We weren’t just looking for a place to stay—we were searching for something exceptional. And when we discovered this particular spot, now to be known as Paradise Palms, we knew we’d found it.
This home stood out immediately: brand-new construction (a rare gem in the Keys), three oceanfront stories, and unmatched proximity to the water—it’s the closest home to the ocean in our entire gated community. From the moment we stepped onto the third story oceanfront balcony and took in the sweeping, unobstructed views of the Atlantic, every other option faded away.
Unlike other units tucked deeper into the complex, Paradise Palms offers a true open-air experience. No blocked views. No neighboring clusters. Just you, the ocean, and serenity. Guests often tell us that photos don’t do it justice—and we agree.
We originally planned to purchase a more affordable interior unit, but standing on that third story balcony changed everything. We chose Paradise Palms because it offered everything we’d been searching for:
