Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire cabin to themselves! It's truly a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

Getting Around:
Free parking on the property. There is room for 2 cars.

Other Things to Note:
The cabin is near the woods on a beautiful hillside. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again, the cabin is located near the woods.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

The TV is a Roku Smart TV. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.

Absolutely no fires outside of the designated areas! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. Failure to adhere to this rule will incur a fee.

HOA vehicle rule: A maximum of 2 cars are allowed per dwelling. If this number is exceeded, cars may be towed at the owner's expense at the discretion of the HOA. If you have more than 2 cars, we will be happy to send you more parking info where you can park additional vehicles.

We generally provide hand soap, a starter roll of septic-safe toilet paper in the bathroom, and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own soaps (laundry, dish, bathroom), shampoos, conditioners, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, wood logs, and coffee :)

Interaction with Guests:
You can always message me if there are any emergencies, but I hope you don’t feel like you need to! I want you to fully enjoy your vacation, relax, and experience the beauty that Helen, the rivers, and the mountains have to offer.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Helen! The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Everyone in our group had a great time, and we felt right at home. The location was perfect for enjoying the area, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The hot tub was fantastic. Host was very communicative. Duplex was very roomy and comfortable. Roku TV was easy to work. we liked that the cabin was set in thick woods on backside and the sunsets were beautiful. Pool table is a plus. Overall- very cozy and comfortable.

This was a comfortable, spacious, and practical house for our fall family get-away. This three story house in a gated community is a short drive away from downtown Helen. Most of desires were met by this venue, but if you plan to watch TV during your stay, make sure to b.y.o subscription logins and passwords.

Great family time

Our time at the cabin was very enjoyable. There was plenty of room to hangout as a family and separately. Great location for easy access to downtown Helen as well!

Terrific spot super close to town. Nice community and we enjoyed using the community pool. Safe, quiet, nice layout and furniture. Hot tub was lovely, rec room and bedroom setup perfect for our family with teens. Lots to enjoy around Helen and it was so close to town that we didn't mind popping out for supplies, meals, exploring, etc. Highly recommend!

Cozy Helen Cabin

Love this cabin! I and my sisters, (plus Oliver the ShihTzu) had a great time relaxing in the hot tub after hiking Ana Ruby falls and shopping in the quaint town of Helen GA. Tucked away on a quiet cul-da-sac this cabin felt secluded even though its steps away from town. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all communications. Definitely want to make this my go to cabin for future visits to Helen.

The pictures online do not do it justice. This cozy 3 story cabin is so spacious. Our 2 teens really enjoyed the game room and bunk beds down stairs. My mother in law was able to stay on the main floor as she is not good with stairs. And the 2 upstairs rooms were so spacious and were perfect for getting ready for the wedding we were there to attend. My 2 large dogs were able to come along with me which was grea, no extra charge. They loved running up and down the stairs, wore them out. I would definitely rent again and the hosts were very much available and helpful.

Great weekend getaway with friends and family

We were able to book this cabin for a short weekend. The house was perfect for our 3 families. The bunk space in the basement was the best for the kids to hang out, play pool and watch movies. All 3 large king bedrooms all have there own connecting bathrooms which was great. The cabin is in a safe gated community close to the Valhalla resort so we went there Friday night to their rooftop sky bar which had great views, wonderful service and food and drinks. Looking forward to our future stay!!
