The wrap-around deck provides plenty of space for soaking up the sun or enjoying a picnic outdoors, all while taking in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean views from every south-facing room.

The Ground Floor offers a cozy second living area, a smaller kitchen, two bedrooms, another Jack-and-Jill full bath, and a half bath — creating a fully functional second living space that allows everyone to stay together while still enjoying their own privacy and comfort.

Step outside and you’ll find public beach access directly across the street, making it easy to spend your days with your toes in the sand and your evenings relaxing to the sound of the waves.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance year-round.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

This house has plenty of room with separate living quarters plus really easy beach access right across the street. It's on a quiet street, feels very private, and has a great view from the large deck. I love this part of the island - it's very green and secluded, but also super close to Atlantic Beach and Beaufort if you want to do some shopping or find a great spot to eat. The aquarium is right nearby, too! I will absolutely be back to the Griffin House again!

The house had everything we needed for our group and so close to the water! I loved the view from the upstairs living space, flooded with sunshine and ocean vibes even when you are inside. The deck is the perfect sunset spot to sit with a glass of wine and soak it all in. It's hard to believe this amazing space exists, a quiet little neighborhood nestled in the dunes with beautiful empty beaches. A far cry from the crowded beaches to the north and south. It was so easy for us to walk to the water with our little ones and all our beach gear. Will absolutely stay here again!
