HEATED INDOOR POOL

★ The saltwater pool is the highlight of the cabin! The 16' x 8' Indoor Pool is heated to 84 degrees year
round.
★ The pool depth is 3 feet deep. Use at your own risk and supervise children as there is no life guard.
★ Our pool undergoes weekly cleaning on Mondays (Thursdays as a back up) If you're staying with us on these days, we kindly request your cooperation. You don't need to be in the cabin during maintenance; the cleaning crew will use their own door keys.


Outdoor Areas:

★ Hot Tub with jets on the main floor deck
★ Decks with seating arrangements
★ BBQ Gas grill on the main floor deck

Other things to Note:

- An offline short-term rental agreement must be signed following the booking confirmation. A security deposit of $1,000 will be held offline two (2) days prior to check-in. The deposit will be released within fourteen (14) days after check-out, provided no damage to the property is identified.

- There are cameras at the front and around the cabin. We use these to ensure safety and make sure that our cleaning and home care partners deliver the best service. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

- You will likely see and hear critters, bugs, spiders, and bears (Bears are dangerous!)- You are in the mountains! Please do not go near or feed any wildlife. Do not leave any food or drinks in the car. Wildlife may try to break in. Keep vehicles locked at all times.

- No fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $500 plus damages.

- Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the cabin. There will be a minimum $750 charge if found smoking.

- The pet fee is $75 per night per pet.; Maximum 2 dogs are allowed, less than 50lb. Additional notes:
- Dog(s) not permitted in the pool room.
- Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times. Dog(s) must be crated if left alone in the home
- Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s).
- Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
- All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. You may ask to provide the vaccination records.

- Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies, including toilet paper ( 2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and shampoo & bar soap (travel size 1 per bathroom) Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items (from the local stores or Instacart to the cabin) when the initial supply runs out.

- Outside cancellation window, No refunds for any reason including storms, snow, and/or power and internet outages. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance.
