We’re committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. Please review our house rules before booking:
★ Minimum Age to Book: You must be 25 years or older to book. The booking guest must be present throughout the stay.
★ Booking Policy: No third-party bookings.
★ Guest Limit: The maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including infants and children. Additional guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.
★ No Pets or Smoking: Pets, indoor smoking, events, parties, and fireplace use are not permitted. Evidence of violation will result in a $500 fee plus costs for damages, cleaning, and lost revenue.

POOL SAFETY (UNHEATED POOL)
Your safety is our priority:
✩ The pool does not have a gate or lock. Please supervise children at all times.
✩ No food or glass near the pool area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
✩ A door chime on the patio door alerts when someone enters the pool area.
✩ The pool is serviced weekly; we’ll notify you in advance of the technician’s visit.
✩ Leaves and debris are natural due to nearby trees. Please rinse your feet and body before entering to help maintain cleanliness.

PEST-FREE HOME
★ We conduct regular pest control to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. ★ To avoid pests, please keep windows and doors closed.
★ Note that refunds will not be provided for occasional bug sightings.

FURNITURE CARE
Please treat furnishings with care and refrain from rearranging them.
