Located just 2 minutes up from the Pacific Coast Hwy and El Matador State Beach sits an architectural delight on 5 acres, designed by architects Buff & Hensman. Fully renovated down to the studs it has been restored to retain the midcentury history, yet upgraded with modern luxuries.
The space
Our home has been lovingly upgraded and features Sub Zero appliances, whole house Air Conditioning, new cabinetry, lighting and more.

Two equal size bedrooms have comfortable King size beds, with linen sheets, and spa like bathrooms with rain showers & Byredo toiletries. Extra large TV & fireplace in living room, with panoramic windows that show the beauty of the mountains. Queen sleeper sofa allows for a total of 6 guests.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials, coffee & tea are provided as is bottled spring water. We also have a whole house water filtration system.

Wifi is provided by Starlink, and a Tesla charger is on-site. Covered carport and plenty of parking available.
