Our luxury oasis offers tailored comfort for every group. We provide exceptional value with our standard rates, plus the flexibility to customize your sleeping setup.

Base Experience: Our listed rate is for 2 guests enjoying our master suite.

Additional guests are welcome at $75 per person, per night (Up to - maximum 6 guests ).

Custom Bed Configurations: To ensure optimal comfort, we offer optional bed deployments:


Flexible Sleeping Options (One-time $50 upgrade fee):

Choose What Works Best for Your Group:

• For 2 Guests:
Your booking includes the master bedroom perfect for couples.

For a one-time $50 fee, we can also prepare a second luxury Murphy bed in the separate room — perfect if you prefer separate beds ( friends, parent/ kid etc).

• For 3–4 Guests:
Your stay includes the master bed + one Murphy bed. For a one-time $50 fee, we can add the third Murphy bed for extra space and privacy — ideal for two couples or families.

• For 5–6 Guests:
Everything is ready! You’ll have all three beds (master + two Murphy beds) set up — no extra charge.

💡 The $50 fee is one-time (not per night) and covers professional setup, premium linens, and additional cleaning.

👥 GUEST POLICY
To preserve our tranquil environment, all overnight guests must be registered in the reservation. Unregistered guests may result in additional charges or cancellation.

Brief daytime visitors require host pre-approval.

♨️ AMENITY CARE – MAINTAINING LUXURY STANDARDS
Hot Tub Cover: Must be closed after each use and secured by 12 PM.

$50 fee if left open >1 hour during day.

$150 fee if left open overnight.

No Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all amenity areas.

Safety First: Only provided shatterproof drinkware allowed near pool/hot tub.

Additional cleaning fees apply for violations requiring extra restoration.

🧖 SAUNA & PROPERTY CARE
Empty water bucket after winter use to prevent freezing.

Use maximum 4 scoops of water on heater rocks at once.
