Situated on a generous 3.1-acre lot, this charming farmhouse beckons you with its warm ambiance. As you enter, discover multiple seating areas to enjoy, including a seating area with an indoor wood-burning stove and a comfortable TV room - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Two bathrooms on this level offer a choice between a bathtub or standing shower with a soaking tub. Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a shower on the first floor for added convenience.



On the third floor, you'll find the sixth bedroom—a beautiful Primary Suite with a Full bed, a full ensuite bathroom boasting a clawfoot tub, a work station, and a cozy sitting area.



Step outside onto the large wraparound deck with additional outdoor seating, providing another perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh country air. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.

A/C: There are. 6 windmill ACs in total - one in each bedroom and the office.

The basement is off-limits due to ongoing renovations, so it's not for guests' use.
