Bedrooms/Sleeping Arrangements: The condo features two spacious bedrooms, one on the top floor (the third level) and another on the lowest level. Each of these bedrooms is furnished with luxurious queen-size beds for a truly comfortable night`s sleep.
While the main floor doesn`t include any bedrooms, you`ll find a queen-size sleeper sofa in the inviting living room, providing an additional sleeping option. Moreover, the upstairs bedroom boasts the convenience of a fold-up memory foam twin-size mattress, which can be placed anywhere on the floor for added versatility. In total, the condo accommodates a maximum of seven guests.
Bathrooms: Each bedroom boasts its own exclusive full bathroom, complete with double sink vanities and relaxing jetted bathtubs. In the showers, you`ll find convenient mounted soap dispensers featuring high-quality Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathrooms are well-stocked with essential amenities, including toilet paper, hand soap, black makeup towels, hand towels, and hair dryers. For added convenience, there`s a half bathroom on the main floor.
Kitchen: The dining area, seamlessly connected to the kitchen, features a spacious table comfortably seating 4, expandable to 6 with the addition of two island barstool chairs. You`ll find it fully equipped with all essential cookware for preparing home-cooked meals while on the go, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, mixing bowls, baking sheets, an assortment of spices, cooking oils, and more. Additionally, a Keurig coffee maker awaits, stocked with a generous supply of complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar/sweetener.
Laundry: The washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet within the bottom-floor bedroom. You`ll enjoy unrestricted access to these facilities throughout your stay, with a well-stocked supply of laundry essentials.
Parking Garage: The enclosed parking garage at Greyhawk stands out as a prime amenity, shielding your vehicle from harsh winter snowstorms and scorching summer heat. You`ll receive the 24/7 access code with your check-in instructions, ensuring the freedom to come and go as you please.
Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. There are two access codes needed to get checked in. One for the garage, and one for the front door of the condo. Both of these access codes will be sent the day before arrival along with all the other needed check-in details.
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival, but we are only a message or phone call away and will promptly respond if any needs arise. We are here for you doing your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you.

However, please bear in mind that we operate differently from a hotel, and we do not have round-the-clock front desk services. Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in is available after 4:00 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 10:00 am unless an arrangement for a late check-out has been made and confirmed in advance. Unauthorized extensions beyond the agreed-upon check-out time, even if it`s just 30 minutes or more, such as a check-out at 10:30 am or later, will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Your adherence to these check-in and check-out guidelines is appreciated
Quiet Hours: To ensure a harmonious environment for everyone, quiet hours are strictly enforced, and we kindly ask that guests maintain a quiet and considerate atmosphere by refraining from excessive noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No Parties: We kindly request that no parties or gatherings take place on the property. Given its more intimate size and tranquil residential setting, it is not suitable for hosting such events. We greatly value our neighbors and aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the area. Your understanding and consideration in this matter are greatly appreciated.
No Smoking: Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking permitted inside the property, or out on the balcony. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $250 fee plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities: Absolutely no use of illicit drugs or engagement in prohibited activities is allowed on the property. This encompasses the use of marijuana in any form, particularly smoking. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to the cost of addressing any smoke-related residue or property damage. Your adherence to these guidelines is appreciated.
No Pets: Please be aware that pets are not allowed on the premises. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $100 fine for the violating guest. We appreciate your cooperation.
Infant & Children Supervision: The safety of infants and children is of utmost importance, and we ask that they be under constant supervision while on the property. Please be aware that there are cleaning products located in the cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, which may not have child safety locks, so extra caution is advised. Additionally, it`s crucial to closely supervise children around the hot tub to prevent accidents and ensure their well-being. Your vigilance in this regard is greatly appreciated.
Cleaning: We kindly request that you treat our property with the same care and consideration you would for a beloved family member or close friend, maintaining cleanliness and organization during your stay. In the event that the property requires excessive cleaning, resulting in additional charges from our cleaning crew, those costs will be transferred to our valued guests. Nice place walking distance to Main St. Bus stop in front of place to to take you to Deer Valley. Parking garage for car. We drove to deer valley and parked there which was easy. Nice private hot tub. Kitchen very nice. Only gripe is beds are both queens and mattresses are cooked.
