Property is a hotel room - overall a pleasant experience. Easy check in, good location, and didnât have to book 3 nights which is typical for the area. Only downside was the construction going on which couldn't really be accounted for.
We were lead to believe the property was much larger than it is due to the photos that are posted. The living area in the pictures is actually the common area for the entire condominium building. We were very surprised to find out the unit was two beds and a bathroom. The location is great for walking all over Park City and for the Silly Market.
Reserving and checking in was easy. I was supposed to have a parking pass, but none was in the room. I contacted management and they delivered one quickly to me. The stay was perfect. Once the car was parked, we were able to ride our bikes or walk anywhere we needed to. What a beautiful city. The day we left, I received a text saying that if I didnât leave the parking pass in my room I would be charged $400 for it. Luckily I did, as I didnât get the text until I was 100 miles away. It wouldâve been nice to have been told the $400 fee ahead of time. Overall, a great stay.
The unit was as advertised (kind off). My stay started off great. I arrived a few hours early and after 2 calls, the staff was able to accommodate me and allow me to check in early. That evening I went to the hot tub but couldn't get in. (For some reason the welcome email provides the building and room code but not the pool/hot tub code.) I had to call and was told the hot tube was closed for a few days. That was disappointing because that was a requirement for renting. I asked for a resolution, and none was provided. DISSAPOINTING AND UNACCEPTABLE!
To be on the petty sided, there are only a few outlets, a power strip or two would be helpful. The closet has as many coat hangers as beds (2). Seems ridiculous for a ski condo.
Others have commented about the management company and their communication and the lack of outlets. I don't like to provide reviews like this, but not sure how else to help improve the experience for the next renters.
You absolutely cannot beat the location. This is our third time at Park StationâŠtwo ski trips and one summer trip. This unit was great for our father/son ski trip. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels etc. One note - do to age of the property there very very limited outlets. Had to unplug the clock radio to be able to charge iPhone. The management was extremely helpful in finding us a temporary parking spot since the unit wasnât available until 4:00. This allowed us to hit the slopes for a couple hours on day one. We will likely return next year
The location can't be beat, period. It's an older and tired property, but was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint would be that our room "adjoined" with another room , which through the cracks around the doors, we could see considerable light and hear every conversation they had. By far the best location for the price. I would recommend and would stay again for sure.
Love the property! Disappointed that nobody must be checking on them because my parking pass was missing and the air conditioner wasn't working. Two things that I think would have been noticed if somebody did a final check on the room.
Outstanding location and All of the necessities you really need. It is a bit outdated and could use kind of a facelift. Also, the place we thought we were booking had a tub in the bathroom and the one we actually stayed in did not. Not a huge deal breaker but definitely expected a tub. Would stay here again because the location is so ideal!
The place was as advertised. It was a nice hotel room with a comfortable king size bed. Bathroom seemed recently remodeled. Very good coffee for room. Great location.
Comfortable, clean and well located. All Iâm all a good experience. Missing pillow cases, scant towels, noisey neighbors and a showerhead that reminded me of basic training notwithstanding, it was great.
Mostly great. Good location. Comfy bed. Helpful staff. Small cons: no cups or glasses for coffee and water; no free shopping bag as advertised; no maid service one day; and no mention of indoor hot tub ( we discovered by accident last day - would have used all week).
