BRIGADUNE 4 BR (PREMIER PENTHOUSE) DIRECT OCEANFRONT

This ridiculous review is completely Sour Grapes from the renter having been reprimanded numerous times during their stay. Complaints started with the building personnel having to call the police in the wee hours of the morning about excessive after hours noise. During the incident it was discovered that the renters were violating the Rental Contract by packing 16 people into a maximum 10 occupant condo, thus violating Building Fire Codes. We should have evicted the renters but were nice enough to just let the excess occupants find hotel rooms elsewhere. Also during their stay, building personnel had notified the renters a couple of times about having the large 24 ft sliding glass doors hanging wide open with the outdoor heat index at 110 degrees. Building personnel also had to notify renter of having 7 vehicles in the parking lot with only having and being allowed 4 parking permits. Excess vehicles had to be removed. When the renters departed, our cleaning people complained about how much trash and filth were left behind. The Brigadune Building is among the most Beautiful and Safest Condo buildings on the Grand Strand especially having undergone recent 4 Million Dollar Building Upgrades in the last 4 years. It is funny that it took the renter 3 months to write a review. We pride our PHD Penthouse Condo with having 75 Five Star Reviews our of a possible 81 VRBO Reviews.

Thanks for the 5 Star Review. 50% of this large 4 Bedroom Penthouse already has tile floors and the remainder which is carpeted is all being replaced with Luxury Vinyl Flooring in February of 2022.
