Joliment décoré deux chambres / deux parcours de bain / villa de tennis (plus grand plan d'étage 1254 sq. Ft.), Au rez de chaussée, à quelques pas de la piscine de villa privée, et des courts de tennis à belle Edgewater Beach Resort. Les chambres comprennent un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, deux lits queen-size dans la chambre d'amis, et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Chambres et le salon sont toutes équipées d'une télévision, DVD, câble (HBO), et une connexion Internet disponible dans le coin salon. Vous apprécierez également la cuisine entièrement équipée, qui comprend un placard buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pour tous les conforts de la maison!
Notre station est l'une des plus belles stations balnéaires de service complet à Panama City Beach, sur les belles plages de sable blanc du Golfe du Mexique. Installations exclusives incluent 11 800 sq. Ft. Chaque passe de stationnement supplémentaire est de 10 $. Les tarifs n'incluent pas la taxe de 13% ni les frais de nettoyage de 85 $. Dépôt de dommages 250 $. Nous exigeons un dépôt de 50% des frais de location pour confirmer votre réservation, le solde 30 jours avant votre date d'arrivée prévue. Villa

Our second stay here and it was as enjoyable as our first. The home is clean and perfect for a vacation for the family. Its close to the beach and has plenty of other amenities to keep you entertained. Would recommend to everyone.

The condo was great.we had 2 separate neighbors above us that sounded like a herd of elephants walking, sliding chairs, slamming patio doors starting at midnight until daybreak.these were young people from Alabama in both cases.i doubt if they were over 25.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay so much. Condo is bottom floor & updated with cute decor. We came for dance nationals and the condo was the perfect location. We could walk to the event center quick & access to the beach walkway was so close too! Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely decorated and was well equipped. The owners were very easy to work with and responded fairly quickly. The condo wasnt far from the bridge that leads to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

Everything was exactly as described! Very comfortable & clean. Perfect for a family. Very quiet area of the Edgewater property, but you are still able to enjoy all resort amenities. Our days were spent at the beach & lagoon pool/cabana area & our evenings were spent resting & watching the ducks on the villa's back porch area. The owners communicated in a super fast manner! We will def be back next summer :)

Perfect

My family and I visited PCB for a softball trounament. This was centrally located to all of the sports complexes, a 2 minute tram ride to the beach and a few feet to the pool. The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful property

This is our 2nd time staying in this particular unit. It is the perfect location and I loved everything about it. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the unit was well stocked. We have been coming to Edgewater for years and years (about 20) and this is probably my favorite. We will definitely be back. The resort itself is easy to get around, the onsite restaurant is fantastic and the tram will pick you up at your door and drop you off at the big lagoon pool or beach. We love it here. It’s my favorite place!

This place rocked!

By far the best place we have stayed in PCB. The Edgewater is the best resort on the Gulf (golf, tennis, pickle ball, pools, and oh yeah right on the beach). However, this condo made the trip great. It was clean, fully stocked, next to the courts, a short walk to the beach or restaurant (or you can call the golf cart shuttle which will pick you up at your front door, and bring you back, free of charge). Will definitely be looking for this condo first when vacationing at PCB in the future!

Birthday Beach Trip

Edgewater Golf Resort is just a short walk on a covered bridge to the beach. The condo was spacious and cozy. This particular unit is steps away from a heated pool and tennis court. We used the pool a few times, but we did not play tennis. At $15.00 an hour per person, we decided on skipping it for time at the beach. We enjoyed Edgewater.

Great Condo!!!

My Family had a great time staying at this condo and it was Beautifully Decorated as stated. It is a good walk to the beach , but there is a golf cart tram system to get you back and forth from the beach. We had a couple of teenage boys who loved the basketball courts right next to this unit. The only complaint is no free wifi, otherwise it was great!!!

Fantastic

The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. It’s very nice and clean. You have everything you need in the house. There is a pool right outside the back door and was rarely used and we mostly had it to ourselves. This villa gives you the best of both worlds in regards to location. It’s very quiet and peaceful however a quick walk or tram ride gets you right to the beach and to other things to do at the resort. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back in the near future.

Great little find!

Clean and as described. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very comfortable unit. Had everything we needed to fix small meals and cocktails. The King bed slept wonderfully. Easy in and out with luggage and groceries because there are no stairs to climb. Loved the easy, close access to one of the many Edgewater pools. Because prices have risen so much directly on the beach, this was a great bargain. A little inconvenient to get to the beach, but we were lucky everyday to drive over and get a great beach and pool access parking spot. Walked over to the beach one day and used the complimentary golf cart service one day. Thanks for the hospitality John and Liz!

We really enjoyed staying here for a week. It’s clean, has everything you need for a home away from home, and is an overall great place! The tram service is great and the people who run it are really nice! Owners are nice and we didn’t have any trouble our whole stay.

Edgewater golf villa

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. This was our 8th year staying at this resort. Of all the places I’ve traveled, this is my favorite beach and my favorite resort. This unit in particular is one of the nicest we’ve had at Edgewater. Very clean, accurate description, easy contact with the owners. They had everything in the kitchen one would need to prepare any meal, even had laundry detergent and dish liquid plus dish washer tabs. The beds and pillows were very nice and comfy. The golf villas have a golf cart that picks you up and takes you anywhere you want to go on the resort which is very nice and it’s a free service. Very happy with our stay. Of course we’ll be back

Perfect location!

We loved the resort and loved this villa! A quick walk to the beach and the main pool. Loved the quick access to a great restaurant, Starbucks, ice cream, and bars all on property! We will stay here again!

Fantastic Resort

Would definitely recommend staying at this villa. It is extremely clean and comfortable. We had six in our group so we could sleep without the use of the pull out couch. Note that this villa is NOT in one of the three towers on the beach. It is across the street. However, your parking pass is good at the towers. In addition, they provide golf cart shuttles to take you from the villas to the beach. The resort pool has live music and DJ's throughout the day and is open until midnight each night. The resort is conveniently located within a few miles of many restaurants and Pier Park. I would recommend staying here and will certainly book this location again on my next trip to PCB.

Wonderful week in the sun!

My family and I absolutely loved this property. The pool right outside the patio door was very nice. And having the shuttle to and from the beach and other places on property was a godsend. John and Liz were great to work with. We will definitely look at this place for future vacations.

Great place to stay

I can’t say enough good things about this vacation. To start the owners are the nicest I’ve ever dealt with. They were both so accommodating and helpful to anything we needed. The villa was updated and a real home away from home experience. The kitchen was fully equipped for any type of meal one would want to prepare. It’s located in close proximity to both a pool and a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone to stay and our next trip to PCB we will definitely be staying here again.

Great week away!

We had a great time at this condo! Beautiful place. The pool right outside our doors was so nice and the trams to the beach worked well each day! We did have extremely noisy neighbors above us we could hear moving around furniture and running down the halls most nights so just be aware the unit walls are pretty thin! Our kids loved it and want to come back to this place next year too!
